I highly recommend this business. This Company has been taking care for both my parents who are elderly, and both have disability. From time-to-time manager with carer visits my parent’s home to let me know if there are any issues or if I need to take any action for my parent’s well-being. They are very reliable, and care workers are great. We are completely impressed with their care and professionalism.
I've been so happy with the care my parents have received and feel very confident that they are being very well looked after.
We would like to thank Moji, Ayfer, Cengiz, Gokce, Kezia and Sevim for all the care, support and consideration they have shown.

IMS is the worst agency I have ever registered with, Poor communication and excuses and trying to make money from their workers at every minute.
Robert, Joseph, all of the team are shambles. They do not give a damn about people who wants to work for them.

I cannot believe I paid £350 just to do PMVA after 3 months,

I can never recommend IMS to my worst enemy.

IMS supplied carers for my husband 4 times a day for 5 months until he went into a nursing home. Their care was first class, communication excellent, they were timely, efficient, organised and always cheerful and supportive. I could not have coped without them. They came as strangers and left as friends. I highly recommend the services of this company and wish them well.
