They came.750pm on Sunday 1 December 2024. London Canada Water. I was struggling to breath and move because I’ve been having very aggressive chesty mucus cough for 4 weeks, and it broken my ribs 2 weeks ago. My place is so small so I said I’m coming down. But I did not know that I can’t walk due to the pains, because I was in bed for long time! So it took me really long time to reach to the ambulance as the result . The two young ambulance people - man and woman called Elisha- said they won’t take
Me to hospital because it’s ongoing issues so I need GP to subscribe new stronger antibiotics. It’s totally agreeable. But blond young English Elisha started talking about their “rights” to protect their backs , when I who is suffering a lot with pains asked her to push me in the wheelchair to be back at my flat door! It’s incredible negligent.

The ambulance stopped in front of the building! I can see how much she is doing the job only for Accumulating Hours to get a better job. She isn’t kind at all but cold person who shouldn’t work for any jobs to help people who are struggling! Meanwhile the guy didn’t say anything.awful

I would like to thank Chris, Tania and Caitlin who attending when my father had collapsed (27/12/2024). They arrived promptly and done a thorough assessment before taking him to hospital. They were professional, kind very informative and made it really very reassuring for me. What an amazing team I cannot thank you enough for the fantastic work you do in these difficukt times. Sorry for delay in posting but had loads of dramas after this admission.

Absolutely wonderful trio of paramedics came to my mother in laws house this morning. They were all brilliant very kind and attentive to her at 89 years old ( next week) Treated her with respect and explained what they were doing at every step always keeping her dignity too

At 80 years old, I fell over from a standing height and with full force smashed my head on iron railings.
Even when your very head ! is open, and blood is oozing from it, still , still !! you are not entitled to an ambulance.
This is true !!: the 999 service itself said I needed to 'phone the well-known-for being-atrocious 111 ' service '...for an ambulance !!. They believe that such an injury can pass unattended for hours and hours.
I told the operator, (they are trained in prevarication not to answer some questions directly, in the hope that the asker shan't realise), that in other words she didn't have the courage simply to say that one wasn't going to be sent, unless I 'phoned the other ! ' service '.
I was finally driven to a minor injuries unit, where the staff there gave me the treatment it was agreed was needed, in direct contradiction to the grossness of their medical colleagues on the phone.
I need to warn the users of the 111 service, too, which, I'll now do.
