This surgery is very good. I have found really good doctors and nurses who do a lot of effort to help while being also very nice. The prescription service is also very convenient. I will be sad when I move away from Finsbury Park and won’t be able to continue being a patient here. Thank you!

With the bad press many GP practices seem to be getting at the moment, I wanted to share my very positive experiences with the Village Practice in recent months. The receptionists are always helpful, and I have found it easy to get an appointment for both myself and my young son. Nurse Jerome is absolutely brilliant, charming and reassuring during baby/ toddler vaccinations. Dr Thakore is very professional and thorough but also compassionate. I'm very happy to be under the team's care.

This is the most amazing surgery. Exceptional receptionists always helpful, cheerful and efficient. The doctors, pharmacist and nurses are also amazing. I would highly recommend this practice and only hope my new surgery in my new area is as good.

I attended under the minor surgery pathway via my own GP. Dr Abdul Naem and the secretary Kat, were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Kat fitted me in from a cancellation. Her customer service was outstanding and Dr Naem and the nurse was kind, reassuring and really tried to ensure the procedure was successful. I'm am very grateful to them all. Amazing practice. I have to say when I call the receptionist at the practice I have always been treated with friendliness and respect especially from a young girl called Keinyah her attitude towards patients is outstanding she's always so helpful Thank you

I walked into the clinic around midday, asking for assistance with my knee injury, as the bandage had come off and I was bleeding. Instead of helping me, they informed me that no one was available at that time. They took my details, promising to text me an appointment time, but I didn’t receive any message even by the following day.

The next morning, still in pain, I returned to the clinic. The receptionist apologized, saying I had "missed" an appointment and that they would reschedule it. She also confirmed that no appointment confirmation text had ever been sent to me.

This is not an isolated incident—I have been let down by this GP practice multiple times.

Had a smear test today
Was honestly the most smoothest, quickest smear EVER.
Honestly felt no discomfort what so ever
Nurse Sandra Ashitey was absolutely BRILLIANT. Made sure i was super comfortable from the second i walked through the door. It’s so important for a woman to feel relaxed during these types of tests and she done just that. Highly HIGHLY recommend
