Always helpful, though always quite busy; very sympathetic and knowledgeable doctors; Dr Burgess has moved from London and Dr Joshi has retired but the new doctors led by Dr Milliapedes are excellent

I've just had a very positive experience of the receptionist and doctor going out of their way to help, and in twelve years I've always been impressed by the ethos of the people who work here. They are very busy, for sure, but that's to do with deeper issues with the NHS, not with them. Thank you for your excellent work today.

My experience at this surgery has been exceptional. Starting with the reception, who are often very busy, but they are very thorough and extremely helpful in trying to accommodate your request for an appointment. They do their absolute best to be helpful. I have also found the doctors to be compassionate, attentive, and proactive with your medical issue/s. I know there is a limited time per patient but I have always been seen punctually, and matters (often complicated) dealt with efficiently and with care and thought. I am a very grateful patient.

If I I could; I would give zero stars.
I called because I have had a severe cough for more than ten days, and they pushed back, telling me that I should have called earlier, and now it is holiday time!
Zero empathy and sensibility. Avoid!

Great surgery. Easy to get an appointment and they are pretty much on time which is quite rare these days (for full time workers its a must so this aspect is particularly desirable). Dr Burgess especially is a great listener in order to give the best advice and treatment. This is the best surgery I have had ever. Long may it continue.

I find reception staff helpful and Dr Berger great. had bad experience with Joshi, rude, incompetent not fit for purpose. I avoided him like a plague. Fortunately IS GONE NOW. HURRAY

The doctor didn't feel comfortable to give me advice or prescribe me medication. They printed of a prescription then changed their minds and took it back to refer me on and a week later have heard nothing. they can't do blood tests and have to send you to a hospital, they can't find up to date medical records. Completely useless, rude and unhelpful staff

I find Dr Burgess to be excellent. She has helped me on many occasions and I think she is also very kind and professional. My children also like her!
