Went there after GP referred me for MRI. I assumed this was for an MRI only to find it was simply a check to see if "could have one". Despite clearly having symptoms that worsened over several months, i was made to do ridiculous tests like standing on one foot to be told "i didn't need an MRI". Thankfully I had xrays from a private consolation showing degenerated disks. Even then they didn't want to ok me for an MRI. A qualified Dr advised i have an MRI yet an unqualified clinician suggested i didn't based on eye and reflex tests?.Finally I was told by her colleague that I would be getting an appointment for an MRI, was told to leave, and yet still dont know whats happening or even when I will be getting one. Zero understanding or empathy and make assumptions based on superficial nonsensical "tests" without listening to the patient. No one knows your body like you, Stand your ground. I will be complaining to PALS if i don't see an appointment on the system soon. Avoid this place.

A nice clinic with a good range of services. The staff are friendly, depending on the nurse you might get a faster but rougher treatment. At the moment because of the coronavirus it's not busy. If you are a GP at hand patient, that is on the second floor and operated independently. The main reception just asks you to call them and go upstairs which is not the nicest of welcomes, hence 3 stars.

Really lovely staff!!
I’ve been ill for weeks with a virus and out of 3 places I have gone - this health centre was so helpful! The nurse practitioner Claudette was so nice and didn’t prescribe me useless antibiotics like everyone else, but instead put me through for a blood test, which I got 10min later. They really care about their patients and it shows!

Hi,

I just have spoken to Mike, receptionist to ask about ultrasound. He was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and made sure I understand everything. I’ve never received this much help from a hospital any time I called, Mike really saved my time on stress and I am very grateful for it!

Also the ultrasound team called me to ask about my appointment as well and said I can even come earlier which is absolutely great!!

The amount of stress I’ve had with Ealing hospital, in one call they have been trasferring me 5-12 times just to hang up on me. In this hospital one call and it’s all done!! Great job.
