Receptionists are useless here. They do not help if you have any questions plus they are rude. It looks like they are drifting their life. They should get someone empathetic with the patient. Nurses are ok and so are the doctors but they have too many appointments and are not available often. It takes weeks to get an appointment in person.

Dr. Ahmed’s surgery is terrible. I have been trying to get travel vaccinations, but they have failed to prescribe them correctly after multiple visits. I would not waste your time with this practice. They are very unprofessional and disorganized. Doctors like him give the NHS a bad reputation.

Dr. Ahmed is one of the kindest, most helpful doctors I've ever encountered in this country. I have been registered at this GP practice since 2021, and my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. The staff is consistently helpful, but what truly stands out is Dr. Ahmed's ability to diagnose issues swiftly and provide timely referrals to address patients' concerns. Moreover, securing an appointment with this GP practice is remarkably easy, a stark contrast to my previous GP practice, where booking an appointment was a formidable challenge.

Nurses and doctors are ok. However, I can not recommend this centre as more than half the time they mess up my prescriptions. Even when the hospital where I'm treated sends them detailed instructions, they either ignore or misread them.

The doctors on this practice are just careless. They get paid for doing nothing. I regret to register my mum here. Every appointment has to be for a specific reason and the appointments last less than 10 minutes. My mum has plenty of health issues and they don’t care!!! She has a heart problem and if i call because i am concerned about it, but she also has some sort of allergy, i need to choose what i want them to look after. Never on my life have seen something like this. I repeat, THEY DON’T CARE, you can die tomorrow and they would simple tell you to book an appointment for next week.

Terrible service from the reception. I am in terrible pains and I called then to inform them that I will be 15 minutes late due to traffic. The doctor urgently asked me to visit him today while 5he reception informed me that I missed the appointment and she cannot do anything. The appointment was for a blood test. The next available date is in 10 days. Of course I will swap my gp. I didn't have any problems with Dr Ahmed as he is excellent. The reception needs to know how to prioritise their workload

I was told that I was registered last year (after having chased them via phone and email, simply to complete registration) and turns out I was not registered when I just tried to book an appointment. So now I will register with another GP. Would not recommend, to save your time and possibly health.

Really really bad since Dr Naharaja has left dr Ahmed is the worst. Waiting 7 years for dermatologist referrals & still counting. Avoid at all cost !! You’d be closer to death bed than to get help from this centre

Edited 3 months on and Dr Ahmed can’t be asked you refer my daughter to dermatologist for lumps in her breast. Sad pathetic practice
