The online form to book appointments is excellent, and they always seem to call really soon after you fill it out (like within an hour) to schedule an appointment - often the appointment is even the same day. Amazingly fast appointments, and the GPs are great.

My one complaint is that every appointment I've had has been with a different GP, so I have to keep re-explaining my health issues. This is despite me using the "request a specific GP" part of the form, in which I normally request whoever I had an appointment with last. Personally, I would be happy to wait a few days to see the same GP every time rather than have immediate appointments with random GPs, but can't complain too much as the appointments really are so efficient.

Bear in mind when reading all the negative reviews that people are generally only driven to review when they have a bad experience - they is not representative. This is a good GP surgery.

(a lot of reviews complaining about receptionists - I personally have had no issues, and think this is a petty thing to complain about anyway. You're getting healthcare for free, be grateful lol)

Can't book anything. Got a message saying they were unable to handle things and moving to another clinic but have no idea how to contact that other clinic and can't find the original message so now I'm stuck. Ring the only number on their website and they tell you to book on the website that has the number on it.

Omg this is just getting worse.
I have just spoken to a young boy on reception.
Well I say Spoke but that was the difficult part he just kept interrupting me and I was unable to get my point across!!
These are all New Reception Staff.
Only 1 girl who has been with the Northern for years is able to help.
The surgery had a good rating before Dr Yuen and 2 other GPs. and half reception staff as well as Kwasi the Pharmacist all left.
It is now shocking to deal with and especially when your in pain!!

Had an appointment but when I arrived they said come next week it does not work like this I had physiotherapy a month ago but in the last 2 sessions my therapist was absent like she didn't care about me and the nurses are not really good listeners which is terrible.

Limited and oddly shaped waiting area. Feels functional. Has toilets inside. Was clean when we visited.

Ignorant pharmacist. Called about my relative, didn't introduce herself and level of knowledge was really scary. Why can't we see doctors anymore and yet stuck with these flimsy replacements?

I am cancer patient currently having chemotherapy. I came to see Dr Grant Pakter making the effort to overcome my fatigue and arrive to the appointment 10 min late as I coming first time to this practice it took me awhile to locate. Normally I am waiting 30 min to be seen. He refused to see me but he was talking with the receptionist 15 minutes about me. Luck of compassion and medical skills I will never see him again

Worst GP ever.
I had an appointment at the GP after weeks of waiting. When they finally gave me and appointment they gave me the wrong address. After calling them to know the exact address because apparently it was my mistake not be in the right one. I reached the right practice, obviously on my own cost and lost money on the uber, they told me that Dr Patel cannot see me. A few hours later, while I was going to work (I had asked for the morning off, not paid, for the appointment) they called me at 11.56 to inform me that Dr Patel was free at 12... I thought they must be joking. I've even asked to change doctor or if it was possible to have a female, they said Dr Patel was the only doctor available.
I never had such bad experience in 4 years livingin UK.
