Cancelled my appointment last minute, and then put me on a new appointment over the phone and told me the wrong date. Next I know I am being charged for not showing to the 'new appointment' that they put me on ( when it was then who told me the wrong date over the phone in the first place).

I had a 360+ assessment there. Two days before the appointment, I spent >1.5h completing their questionnaire on line. When I arrived for the assessment, the questionnaire was lost. This happened recently with my relative as well. The computer support in Nuffield is a joke. I have two problems here. First, I wasted half of my assessment time on answering their questions from the questionnaire. Second, I actually expected them to look into the information I provided in advance to prepare better for the assessment - they did not do this. Even more time lost.

I was skeptical of general health checks and have never seen much value from them in the past. Nuffield Health Center in Canary Wharf changed my perception.

Overall courteous staff, clean and neat facility. A special mention first to Dr Ilona who is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She is the gold standard, humble, understanding and a person who really explains to you what is wrong with your body and how to fix it. She is extremely patient and a delight to talk to. Thank you !

Not to forget the kind and courteous Ms Kuljeet who is a wonderful practioner, highly skilled and kind. She brings a smile to your face and brings great positivity to the place. Thank you !

And Thank you Nuffield Health for refreshing my focus on health.

Had a corporate wellness check here. Complete waste of time. Suggest lobbying your employer for a cash alternative or cancelling a Nuffield check. Got very little out of this. I think this is only useful if you are in particularly poor health.

Rushed through the appointment, felt like the doctors and their assistants did not care. I raised a formal complaint as a machine was not working and the individual faked the results. The supervisor who called me dismissed my concerns and said that I was just mistaken. I was in the appointment whilst the individual literally said that he was going to estimate the results as the machine didn’t work. He of course denied this after. Totally dismissed by Nuffield’s compliant process.

I had booked a Life 3 health assessment.
They cancelled my appointment 30 mins prior to my appointment minute and said sorry only. Its just annoying that they had to cancel my appointment. I went to the centre, although even they weren't able to do anything. Worst service ever. Never go to this centre.

Was referred to Nuffield Health South Quays due to longstanding lower back problems, and was attended to by physiotherapist Denada Mullisi. We started the physiotherapy by undergoing a physical check-up, after which she outlined helpful exercises and lifestyle changes that would help in my recovery.

Denada provided realistic timelines, which allowed me to set expectations from the beginning. I could tell from the start that she was experienced by the way she described my issues, how these came about and how to overcome these.

I am extremely grateful for her patience, professionalism and deep knowledge on her work. She also took time to understand and provide suggestions on how I could incorporate lifestyle changes within the limits of my day job. Throughout the process, she was encouraging and always looking to improve my physio-health (even when I did not make as much progress at first).

I recommend Denada’s expertise and Nuffield Health for people who experience lower back issues due to working long hours/corporate jobs as they will truly take the time to assess how to best help you without you turning your life upside down to conduct the suggested lifestyle improvements.

Thank you Denada and Nuffield Health. I do not experience any more lower back problems and hope you continue your good work! 🙂
