Been in London for over 20 years and this centre has been the best so far. For the 1st time I have a GP that’s I feel really cares about my health. I have received calls from her about a concern that was raised and obviously she thought about it after my 5min appointment, never had no one like her. Really recommend

This practice is one of the best GP practices in London!
The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, caring and brilliant.
The receptionist are unbelievable efficient and so easy to talk to, they always listen and are compassionate, they have a difficult job and do it with such grace.
I can’t say enough about how fantastic this practice is.
Thank you guys, you are all at the top of your game and should be so proud of the hard work you all put in. It does not go unnoticed

Great staff - front-line and consistent GPs etc. I have been using the surgery for over 20 yrs and overall happy with services for myself and son.

There are more experienced Dr's and newly qualified Dr's making a good mix of people to choose to see. I have my preferences, but will see anyone in an emergency appt.

Receptionists are generally good. A smile always goes a long way. Not keen on online service app, so don't use it.

Useful extra services, like blood tests, Pharmacist and Physio etc. But, waiting a week or two for a blood test is a long time, although both ladies are very good. Better than going to hospital.

Been registered with this surgery for a number of years. Bar a few mistakes, mostly promptly resolved, I find the admin staff are very helpful and the doctors/nurses are all very good, professional and take the time to listen and happy to explain clinical terms in plain English.

Due to govt enforced work practices, it's not as good as pre‐covid but the whole team try their best to avail quality care and service to every need.

Recently a big and noticeable improvement in service due to an improved online triage system. Have done an excellent job responding same day to questions regarding my baby and questions about me - also particularly appreciate how reassuring and helpful Dr Roucayrol has been with our baby too.

I don’t understand why all the complains about now getting appointments. Every time i need to see a GP i just complete the online consultation and most often i get a GP call back and where it has been necessary as remote assessment not appropriate i was given a face to face Appointment.

I attended this practise and I was served by Sajid who was an extremely professional member of staff. He welcomed me with a smile and took down my details. He attentively listened and noted down my reasons for my visit before I was attended to by a doctor.

I highly recommend this practise.

I’m really upset… I call for an urgent appointment, first thing in the morning but I’m on hold for 20/30 min. Apparently I’ll be called back and booked in by midday. Obviously that’s not happened! Also the receptionist after I’ve called to ask going on, disclosed another persons details, this is actually a breach of data protection.
