I'd rather avoid the place at all costs - doctors seem to get offended if you use other NHS walk in services as they are lot quicker and easier to get to with batter out come

The other impression I got is that they don't actually listen to the patients I'm quite a few occasions desperate times I've literally begged for medication off the shelf medicines just don't work these days All you have to take them for weeks on end

Reading other reviews on here I wasn't aware they're all cheap temps that may answer some of my questions ❓

They completely ignored or misunderstood my hospital treatment and did not get my repeat prescription correct. The doctor, who met me for 5 mninutes suggested my life long back pain was 'emotional pain', after I left hospitak. Ridiculous.

Health E1 is a surgery where all the staffs are putting efforts and their best to help the patients.
Even, with some patient are difficult, still they have the welfare of the patients in their heart.

Receptionists sit playing on their phone until they're ready to deal with patients. I'm told to come to the surgery and when I get there at 10am I'm told come back at 4.30. I've seen a nurse, a trainee doctor and a doctor and still they have done nothing for me but waste 2hts of my time. This place is like Faulty Towers. When you ask to speak to the surgery manager they put up barriers to you forwarding a complaint. So read it here instead then E1 Heath Centre.By the way chamge your registration forms that a 9yr old must have whipped up on Word 10yts ago. It's laughable while your staff all sit around doing notbing.
