I had an excellent experience at The Shard Outpatients. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, as was the entire outpatients team throughout my visit. My appointment was right on time, and the outpatients area was spotless and well-maintained.

During my scan, everything was explained to me thoroughly, both before and during the process, which made me feel at ease. The professionalism, clear communication, and cleanliness really stood out, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Was provided support by Dr Sanjay Gupta for the entire process beginning to end, and I can say hand on heart I have never met a more caring, devoted and passionate doctor. Never for a moment was I worried about asking questions, setting appointments or visiting. Even when I had a procedure his confidence and knowledge were assuring, and all was to the point and down to earth.

I was made to feel valued and very comfortable throughout my visit. The Consultant, Gordon Muir, was excellent in making me feel at ease, and provided clear explanations at each stage including next steps. He instilled confidence and made an assessment of my situation in a way that was reassuring. Next steps were explained and I left feeling that a clear plan of action has been put in place to find a solution to my particular situation, which I valued and greatly appreciated.

My go to facility for private medical care. Good doctors and generally good availabilities.

However, on managing the facility, the amount of paper wasted is mind-blowing. So many print outs every time, which aren't used. Also, in 9 out of 10 cases, authorisation codes are missing or have not been passed on, so that the registration process is anything but joyful.

The Shard and London Bridge Hospital are amazing facilities! I had such a positive experience at both, as an outpatient and an inpatient. The space itself is lovely and modern. Everyone working there is wonderful. The admin was super well organised and made easy for me as the patient to take care of.

My treatment with Mr. Sinha, my consultant and surgeon at London Bridge, was incredible from start to finish. He and his team are immeasurably thoughtful. They assisted me every step of the way.

Mr. Sinha is diligent, thorough, communicative, compassionate, and a highly skilled and specialised surgeon who repaired my elbow ligaments following a complex snowboarding injury. Very grateful to have met Mr. Sinha and everyone he works with to get the treatment I did at these best-in-class hospitals.

First visit. So far so good. Clean, bright and spacious building.
Upon entering into the building, everyone was friendly and professional. They greet you nicely at the main entrance , registration receptions and other reception desks in the various different departments .

Some seating areas were limited tho in some departments.

Every member of staff from the Reception, Registration Desk and Consulting Team were very professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The Consulting team are very experienced in managing Urology cases. I have absolute confidence and trust in the care services provided. Excellent.
