My wife received exceptional care at this hospital. The staff were uniformly brilliant and genuniely cared she was receiving the best possible treatment at every stage. The room she stayed in was clean, spacious and as pleasant a space as could be hoped for given it was a hospital setting. They also went the extra mile when it came to accommodating visitors. All in we feel lucky to have found this place.

Dr. Simon Gane and his team provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. The care, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Special thanks to Dr. J Mathiszig-Lee for a seamless anaesthesia process and to Michi and the nursing team for their kind recovery care. The operating theater was impeccably organized, and as a mechanical engineer, I appreciated the precision—it felt like my nose was expertly “serviced” and restored. Recovery has been smooth, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone involved. Highly recommended!

I have recently undergone major, complex open-heart surgery for a replacement mitral valve, stbilisation of tricuspid valve, excision of atrial appendage, maze procedure, closure of hole in the heart and finally ventricular pacemaker under the care of my cardiac surgeon Mr Toufan Bahrami of Harefield and The Royal Brompton.
I was cared for by staff who were evidently proud of their uniform, standards and skills. They hailed from Nigeria, Ghana, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Lesotho, South Africa, Lebanon, Palestine, Iran, India, China, Hong Kong, The Phillippines, Australia, New Zealand, London, Ireland and even a nurse from my neighbouring village in Norfolk.
It is astonisihing that such a diverse group of people can be enthused into performing at such a high level. They are evdiently inspired by the long serving ward sisters, managers and top-class consultants that work there.
As a doctor with 45 years of NHS experience myself I cannot begin to express my admiration for the way HCA at The Harley Street Clinic run this complex cardiac unit.
Dedicated specialist units such as this must be part of the answer to the inefficiencies of the NHS.

Went for a foot intervention. Clinic was in a different place and all the space was makeshift. I was charged 3000GBP for a 20 min intervention. Immediately after there was excessive bleeding, presumably due to unsuccessful cauterizing.- 3 months later the intervention was unsuccessful. I strongly recommend against this practice.

Being an inpatient at the HSC Weymouth Street was a fantastic experience. But for the surgical procedure, it felt like a stay at a 5 star hotel. From the attentive nursing staff, to the doctors doing rounds, to the catering and newspaper delivery, I was made to feel like an esteemed and cherished guest.
