First time coming to this hospital very clean & tidy. The breast screening clinic staff were so friendly supportive & very helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Parking is free, 😊😊But you must register your car Registration at main reception console unit.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There is a Costa Coffee Cafe here too & also Fairview Pharmacy which is open every day😊😊

I went for a few blood tests late Saturday morning. I was seen nearly 10 minutes before my appointment time. There was no one in the waiting area. The nurse I saw was lovely and the test hardly hurt. Much better than I expected. Pleasant atmosphere with a birds singing recording in the background to relax patients. Can highly recommend this hospital

I recently had a blood test at Finchley Memorial Hospital on 09/01/2025 at 9:10 am. Upon arrival, I informed the receptionist of my presence, and she entered my details into the system, advising me to wait for my name to appear on the monitor. After waiting until 9:30 am, I noticed that all patients who arrived after me had been called in, but my name had not appeared. I approached the same receptionist, a white elderly lady with glasses, to inquire about the delay. Her response was dismissive; she rolled her eyes, asked for my name in a condescending tone, and then checked the system. She informed me that the system had listed me as DNA (Did Not Attend). While I understand errors can happen, the receptionist’s attitude was unprofessional and unnecessary. As patients visiting the hospital may be in vulnerable situations, it is essential for staff to treat them with respect and courtesy. A more compassionate and patient approach would have been greatly appreciated. People in customer-facing roles in healthcare should have the patience and empathy required to ensure a positive experience for all patients. On a positive note, once I was called for the blood test, the phlebotomist was very efficient and took my blood swiftly.

My experience on this morning visit was great. The receptionist Viki was helpful and explained everything in detail.

I found the parking spot easily and registered my car without issue. Don’t forget to register it, it is free.

I had MRI done, didn’t wait and people were friendly from start to finish. The scan machine was new and the staff was helpful during the process. Didn’t have any bad experience overall.

Clean hospital, and restroom. You can see signs clearly and read instructions easily.

No available blood tests for 1 month. I need to test weekly. No appointments online or via telephone despite checking constantly several times a day . Never had a problem until now. Please release more slots!

Just had an MRI scan - got the appointment within days of my referral. I have had many MRI scans but the staff here were absolutely excellent. Professional, kind, respectful and empathetic. Generally all the staff that I encountered were great- from receptionist, cleaners and the cafe staff. Very impressed. Thank you

Disgustingly rude receptionists. I was on the phone explaining my condition today and asking for help and her end response was that she “needs to go because I have other patients waiting”. My first experience actually going into the walk in centre was just as bad with a different receptionist who spoke down at me very rudely until realising i’m not under 18. Very disappointing.
