The design is very child senory bright snd colourful. We had a 16-minute walk from Water East train station it was literally a straightforward walk.
The hospital is well signposted once you enter. They have used a water theme and different receptions, and departments have a unique name.
Once inside, the first thing that stands out is the theme, toys, and play areas. It does not look like a hospital, so you can see children being excited to attend.
We were seen by 2 different staff, both friendly and welcoming.
We had to use a translator and just a quick call someone connected.
We also attended the blood centre walk-in service, which was across the compound.

I would like to thank nurse Georgia, my son had surgery to repair his lips, and we have been at Evelina Hospital since Thursday 19/09, she is doing an incredible job, it is always good to meet good-hearted people especially when we go through difficult moments in life, this girl is a great professional, she has helped me a lot with my son Leo, I am very grateful!

From the first meeting with the consultant to the day of the day surgery was so quick. Every member of staff were friendly, attentive and exemplary in their work. The whole experience felt like a private hospital and my child felt uncomfortable throughout the whole day. Can’t praise them enough and the after care was amazing with the consultant giving me her mobile and email address incase of any worries. Can’t praise this hospital enough

The nurses in the children's allergy day unit, Snow Leopard were incredible with my son today when he had a reaction during his supervised feed. Thank you again for the spare PJs, we have donated back to say thank you for the amazing work you do on a day to day basis 🙂 Lauren D in particular went above and beyond, thank you!

The hospital is great but the children’s school is horrible. I went there while in a wheelchair chair and one of the teachers said to let other kids do the fun stuff as they are younger and wouldn’t let me play with the legos as I’m too “old” and worst of all when the younger kid accidentally dropped the tray of Lego’s the teacher knowing I was in a wheelchair made me pick them all up off the floor

If it wasn't for the skills of everyone in PICU and on beech ward Demi wouldn't be here today , I remember those days like it was yesterday. Judy Taylor, minion, the staff everyone was just insanely skilled and done everything to save my daughter and today shes 15 soon to be 16 in September so yes this hospital means everything and more to me , thank you all xxx

Amazing hospital!

We went here twice already because for my daughters allergy test.

The first time was just the skin test and the Doctor explained thoroughly the next test to be done.

The second time was for asupervised feeding for Shrimp. The place was well kept and clean. And the nurses are amazing. We spent around more than 3 hours since my daughter had to be monitored for any reaction. We were looked after really well and the nurses explained every single thing especially how to use a epipen.

Will be coming back to do other tests.

We have been lots and lots of times and been under the care of many departments, including day hospital, we always found caring and professional doctors and nurses. We are lucky to have such an outstanding service close to us.
