I thought that Central Middlesex Hospital Urgent Care was the best. But I met The most unprofessional nurse there on the 31st of December 2024 at 14:15. I went to the hospital well protected as I had a virus and needed antiviral medication due to my health history. The nurse didn’t mention anything regarding my health history but rudely she asked me if I had called my GP first before I went there raising her voice. I told her about the medication I needed but she told me off. Then told me to go to the waiting area. Jeopardising the health of various people a new appointment was arranged for me to see my GP at 16:50. Just before closing time. When I went to my GP the Doctor was confused why the nurse sent me to them and the hospital didn’t deal with the situation. I was prescribed the antiviral, however, as I was informed, only the hospital would have been able to provide me the medication at last minute and not a pharmacy. Which was correct as all the pharmacies in west London that I called can provide the antiviral only from next week. If something happens to my health as this virus can be deadly this nurse is responsible for that.

Very unprofessional and unaware doctors and staff !! Went here due to my autistic son having a rash all over his thighs. I told them that due to his autism he is very impatient and if there any chance we could be seeing early . 2 hours passed and managed to ask one of the Asian doctor if there any chance we could be seeing soon as the little one was kicking off by this stage . Well the answer I was given was that we are busy and you have to wait . Someone send this so called doctors and staff back to the nhs and train them about autism and other disabilities in children please!!

Efficient and friendly. Was seen very quickly. Nurse went above and beyond offering to help with my scooter, which I wasn't expecting. Doctor did some tests immediately and did a thorough examination. He took the time to explain things in terms I could understand and helped reassure me about my symptoms and potential options for next steps. I have been here several times since moving to the area and everytime was highly impressed with the level of service here. Couldn't recommend more. Keep up the good work! thank you!

I just came to leave a review after our visit from UCC. I was so amazed how friendly and kind the staff were from receptionist to security and the doctor. I have never experienced this in the UK. It was really reassuring while my daughter was in pain and crying and I was stressed too.

I was pleasantly surprised by this UCC. Very friendly staff, I have to say. I got seen by a nurse straight away. Then an X-ray in 10 mins. Then, about an hour or so, wait to see the nurse again. She told me I was fine and just needed rest. However, she was worried about a high heart rate. So she informed the GP. Who precautionary done and 5 min ECG test and said everything was normal. I like how the staff were friendly and how they checked me quite thoroughly. All in all, about 2 hours and left feeling well look after. Thank you!

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon, friendly helpful staff. Seen by a nurse in 15 minutes and then a doctor less than 30 minutes later. Given medicine and finished in less than an hour.

This UCC is amazing. Staff are lovely, efficient and super helpful. Went in with suspected fracture to finger. I was seen, x-rayed and treated all within 30 minutes by the most wonderful, competent and sympathetic nurse. You really couldn’t ask for anything more. (I’ve also visited several times with my kids in last couple of years and the experience has always been positive)
