I had an outstanding experience at Greenfield Medical Centre! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional staff. The facility is modern, clean, and well-organized, creating a calming atmosphere for patients.

The medical team is exceptional—highly skilled, compassionate, and attentive to every detail. My doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the diagnosis thoroughly, and discuss the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I truly felt cared for and valued as a patient.

Appointments were punctual, and the overall efficiency of the centre is remarkable. Whether it’s a routine check-up or specialized care, Greenfield Medical Centre goes above and beyond to provide top-notch healthcare services.

It’s important for medical facilities to provide a welcoming and efficient reception experience for patients. Any patients that seeks medical attention at a GP surgery is looking for comfort to ease their pain, however you will not receive any comfort at Greenfield Medical Practice by the Reception team.
My mother in law has been a patient there for 23 years and while the doctors have changed over the years, the reception team and your experience in paying attention to you has only gotten worse.

When you go at greenfield for any reason, the reception team do not even acknowledge that you are waiting there to speak to them even though there is nobody else there nor are they on any calls. There is no smiles or “Good morning” or “How can I help you” which right off means your experience has been soured.

Any information you provide them or have any questions is disregarded and their response is generally rude.

It’s important for me to say that I don’t complain. My profession also puts me as the first point of contact, just like that reception team at Greenfield, However your workload or personal problems should not be reflected in your work environment and especially to those patients that put their trust into a GP surgery.

The receptionist was very rude and not polite, I was shocked by the way she talked to me and not helpful at all. For the appointment you have to wait so long and they never answer properly.

Shocked by the rudeness. The reception team needs a performance review, and action must be taken. It seems that experience has led to complacency, resulting in an unbothered attitude.

You will never ever experience such a rude, ill treatments and disrespectful behaviour and manner until you speak to the receptionist at the greenfield medical centre as if it is part of their job description as a receptionist, they have the ability to hurt your feeling any time you call the clinic when you seriously needed to seek help from the doctors.

Have moved to this surgery upon recommendation from my current employer (another GP in the area) and I am very happy I followed the advise. I was disheartened by the disinterest shown to me by previous surgery and it was so refreshing to have a surgery that actually helped me navigate a very rough patch in my life health-wise. The doctors and the nurses are kind and understanding and helpful. The reception/admin staff has been prompt and helpful with all my admin queries. Thank you all for your kindness and care

I was registered here for around two months, honestly this GP practice is the worst one I have ever seen. The reception stuffs are too rude and when you ask them to book an appointment to see GP, you should expect it for almost two weeks later even if you have an urgent situation. I re-registered to my last GP practice which was much more acceptable.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for 5 years. I don’t think in these 5 years I’ve been satisfied once about the work of the clinic.
Some doctors (the ones I had) treat patients as they’re following a script, without actually listening to what the patient is saying. Reception is awful, impossible to book an appointment, via phone or website (via Patches).
They’ve messed up my blood tests multiple times, I’ve been promised specialist appointments (through NHS) never got them. Today was the last drop that made me decide to change clinic, I’ve taken time off work for an appointment they’ve given me, got two messages from them, one yesterday and one today saying that my appointment was at Greenfield clinic. Turn up there they tell me my appointment was via phone and I couldn’t be seen by a doctor, even if the doctor was actually in clinic, and considering the time slot was allocated to me anyway, I don’t really understand why they couldn’t see me in person.

Anyway, long story short, don’t register yourself here! Shame there isn’t half a star as a rating they would totally deserve it.
