We are traveling in the UK and needed a doc urgently. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and service provided at Visit Health. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

The front desk staff was incredibly efficient and professional, ensuring my check-in process was quick and seamless. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the brief wait time quite pleasant.

What really stood out to me was the attentiveness and expertise of the medical team. The nurses and doctors are nothing short of exceptional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained the treatment options, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The team at Visit Health are fantastic. Everyone is very professional and caring. I had an MRI of which I was terrified, the radiologist, JP, was exceptional and the senior nurse who sat with me, Anya, to put me at ease were caring, efficient and got me through it. My partner visited VisitHealth on Sunday evening due to severe flu symptoms and multiple side effects. The approach was very efficient, similar to the healthcare steps we are familiar with from my home country, China: we were seen by Dr. Sean immediately, who conducted a thorough consultation, followed by a blood test and chest CT scan. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Sean and his team during my visit last night. From the moment I arrived, Julia at the reception was warm and efficient, ensuring I was seen as soon as possible. Dr. Sean was not only professional and thorough in his examination, but he also took the time to explain everything, making me feel reassured and comfortable during a stressful time. Aine and Carnell, who assisted Dr. Sean, showed incredible kindness and dedication. They even stayed an hour past their shift to make sure I received the care I needed. Their compassion and commitment were truly beyond expectations, and I am deeply grateful for the excellent care I received from the entire team.

I visited VisitHealth at Blythe Road last week when my two-year old son was ill with tonsilitis. Customer service at reception was very prompt and friendly and the nurse and doctor (Sean Insigne) that attended to us where exceptional and very thorough. Sean was amazing with my toddler, he has never been that cooperative with any doctor we have seen in the past. Sean managed to examine him with no fuss by my son by engaging with him and making him laugh and calm down and even took a tonsil specimen - which I really didn't think would be possible!

All in all a very positive experience and I highly recommend their service. It should also be mentioned that it was a Saturday, not even a week day. Facilities excellent as well, very clean and modern with a toy area for kids.

The cost of course was very high (£300 + another £100 for the covid/strep A test) but that is the nature of private healthcare in London at the moment. At least at VisitHealth you feel you get the most out of your (lots of) money!

I can't recommend Visit Health enough. Incredible staff and incredible service. I visited the practise in October 2024 due to a persistent chest infection, nausea and fevers. I was able to book an X-Ray and a consultation on very short notice. I was doing quite poorly, having already been ill for nearly two weeks at this point, so I really appreciated being able to book a same day appointment. I also worried that I might be dismissed as just having some sort of virus, as I had unfortunately not been taken seriously by my local GP practise, who kept insisting it was probably just the flu and that there was nothing to be done other than take paracetamol.

My experience at Visit Health on the other hand could not have been more positive. Nurse Trixie, HCA Ritika and Dr Rhoda Franco were all incredibly courteous and friendly, listened to everything I said, and explained in detail what they were doing during the examination. More attentive and kind than quite possibly any other medical professional I've ever interacted with in this country. In addition to the X-Ray I also ended up getting some bloodwork done (conveniently you can do both of these things and your consultation all at the same clinic), and was ultimately diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr Franco prescribed me antibiotics, as well as other medications to ease my breathing, and thanks to this treatment I was finally able to start recovering.

I really can't stress enough how fantastic it was to actually have a medical professional take your concerns seriously, agree to run the test you asked for, and who checks in with you at every step of the way to see if you have any questions. Sadly night and day compared to most of my NHS experiences where it feels like they can't wait to get you out the door and where you have to fight tooth and nail to be referred for any kind of test or scan. At Visit Health, every person I interacted with from the reception staff I made my appointment with and who greeted me, to the nurses and other staff (specifically Nurse Trixie and HCA Ritika), the X Ray tech in charge of my scans, and of course Dr Franco herself, was friendly, efficient and highly professional. I really couldn't have asked for better treatment and don't want to imagine how much worse my condition might have gotten if I hadn't come across such an exemplary service.
