Wow what an experience, called ahead and was given detailed information regarding vitamin injections required following a recent blood test. The staff were so helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Attended the same day, swift service, very friendly staff. My husband is not a fan of injections but was put at ease by their staff and we both left very happy.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. I needed an urgent GP appointment and they booked me in for the next day at the time I requested, despite it being at the end of the day. I don’t think this place is professional at all, I’ve come in here twice, and BOTH TIMES the lady in the niqab (I’m assuming the manager) was talking extremely condescending to her staff. It made me feel so uncomfortable the way she was talking to them. It was about how one of the staff was supposed to be stood behind the reception desk at all times, but she was simply SWEEPING the floor. Like why would you shout at her for for that? There wasn’t any customers at the desk anyways? I feel like that’s just so unprofessional to be doing when people are sitting in the waiting area. And just in general. I won’t be back here again. Place looks nice but I felt so sorry for the staff.

Edit:
After reading the response to my review, it’s clear the lady who was shouting at the staff is the person who responded. She literally made eye contact with me when she was shouting at her staff ! She clearly doesn’t value her own personal perception when it comes to customer service. I felt SORRY for the staff and have been reluctant to come back.

Excellent service. Dr Shahid amazing and so very helpful. Lovely to see her again. Nurse was lovely (apologies re: my veins)!

What an incredible clinic and business! They are reliable, honest, CLEAN and operate with the utmost integrity. I recommend Clinica to anybody looking for private medical services. The nurse Susanna always takes time to answer my questions I have and provides me with all the options available, thoroughly discussing these with me in detail. In London, private clinics are extremely saturated and disappointing but after trying and testing many I am so glad I have found Clinica! The doctor and her team are the best!
