Absolutely appalling, the state of the rooms sre disgusting, soap left on floor from previous patient, alarm buttons that look like if you press them they going to explode, drawings on walls, stuff that shouldnt actually be on an acute ward (toilet brush which can be used to sh/bucket which is slightly confusing/door handle that should be slanted but not), then bathroom sides that havent been cleaned for decades by the looks of it and finally, a bed that looks like it was just thrown into the room and left....

Cant wait for my stay to be over.

I attended for a very minor reason - blood sample for testing. I have never been here b4 and had not been given a street address. The signage in the hospital is very bad. I met 2 other people wandering and looking for where to go. It is difficult to find a working toilet for visitors. Is the restaurant operational? I gave up and tried to find my way home.

Although the nurses and staff have been lovely... I cannot handle the level of public health safety and sanitation... every patient gets ignored and stays here for way beyond needed... there needs to be better organisation and management here. Honestly, just not in the mood to complain anymore but say that I cannot be here anymore with this level of rubbish smell near my room.
I am very happy with the care and food from the staff but the place itself needs a major organisational upgrade as a hospital.... Dipo, Sumej, Nomsi, Victoria, Aridiana, Victor, Belagio... you have all been incredible. thank you for having me... all the best!! I am still staying here and hope to be able to leave on a good note soon
People vape freely and we have restricted leave. I am a good person and understand mental health really well.
It just needs better management really and i shouldn't have to sleep in a dirty room and clean myself, although I am happy to do so to an extent.

Thanks,
Nadine

Was sent to see a GP today due to winter overflow at my normal Practice and I Waited a max of 20minutes. The GP that saw me was extremely sweet, friendly and polite and listened to all my symptoms and concerns! She immediately prescribed me a course of treatment. In all honesty, she was the nicest doctor i have come across in my 20 years using the NHS. The building is old but the interiors looked clean and hygienic! Very efficient and quick visit!

Absolute muppet show. Nobody seems to have any knowledge of phlebotomy apart from Gildas. Everyone else there is clueless about anything related to bloodwork.
