We (G Team Academy) hosted an intimate event for entrepreneurs at the Hearth in January. We were very pleased with the set up of the venue, the cleanliness and the kindness from staff. The Hearth was also very understanding when we went slightly over time which took a lot of pressure off of us as our guests were so keen to stay longer!

Overall, the event went smoothly and I highly recommend this venue for a tight-knit community to really get to know each other. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

The only hiccup we had was audio issues on our presentation but this may have been an error on our side with poor set up!

Trial day was great, space is well designed, bright and full of great vibes when the sun comes in - pretty much all day if you’re lucky, and personnel is top 👌
I was lucky to attend on one of the 2 days per week they are organising a cake & chat hour in the afternoon - nice little break time during a productive day.
Have to share: highly recommend to start the day by grabbing one of the pastries at Don’t Tell Dad bakery next door - you seriously won’t regret it, their croissants are amazing, and well you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu really.

It was such a pleasure to host an event at this gorgeous women's space, The Hearth. I hosted the first ever Saywood Swap Shop there and the team were so kind and supportive. The venue is beautiful, perfect for more intimate settings as well as bigger events as it's across two floor, and the beautiful furnishing can create a warm inviting space. I will definitely be back and would recommend The Hearth to anyone looking for co-working, event space, and a relaxed calm environment.

A warm and welcoming workspace in the perfect location. The Hearth is a lovely women's workspace that my team and I use once a week. Lovely staff and some nice touches to make the place feel homely. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience regarding my membership and subsequent cancellation. While I was a member for over a year and initially really enjoyed the services and the communication with the team, the way my request to change my membership was handled, and the treatment I received afterward, was unacceptable.

Specifically, I requested a change to my membership. This change was not processed, which resulted in a significant financial penalty for me when I later needed to cancel my contract. I attempted to resolve this issue with the staff, but unfortunately, the situation was not rectified.

Beyond the financial implications, I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated after expressing my concerns and indicating my intention to leave. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I received what I perceived as silent and disrespectful treatment from the staff. This was particularly hurtful after being a loyal member for over a year.

Discovered The Hearth in Queens Park and brilliant idea for women's space to work, holistic treatments and daily events once a member. I totally recommend the fabulous reflexologist and masseur, Ami. Very experienced, beautiful women who does the best massage ever, float away after the treatment. Ami has a treatment room there on Tuesdays 1.30 to 5.30pm. Check her out, you will be really impressed.

Our event was such a success and our guests enjoyed the afternoon. They were delighted with the venue and how it made them feel more relaxed and homely.

Yuvi was such a great and helpful host for the day and helped us check in and check out.
