Definitely highly recommend Third Space! As a member since around Jan 2024, I can confidently say the gym has state-of-the-art equipment that is always well-maintained and available. It also provides a wide variety of classes to try. The staff is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel like part of the community. Sometimes I’ve noticed that if I complete one set of training movements under my professional trainer, other trainers also give me confirmation by nodding to me or smiling to me, which definitely encourages me a lot. I’m also very grateful to my professional trainer, Roland. He is very knowledgeable, and always provides me with clear instructions, and most importantly he ensures that I’ve made progress step by step. He’s made my training with efficiency.

I love this gym so much. I’m here almost everyday and the facilities are second to none, it’s the largest luxury gym in Europe. There are so many different classes here - from cycling, lift to yoga and sound baths. My current addiction is the reformer Pilates classes, the instructors are all amazing. There is also amazing food and protein shakes and smoothies, with clear nutritional info so you can stick to your goals. Shoutout to Sully, Erika and Valentina for always making the most delicious shakes for me!!

The best gym in London!! Canary Wharf, as well as all the other thirdspaces are perfection. Need a gym to motivate you to go everyday - this is where it is. A space to sweat, relax, run, swim, cycle, sauna, steam. Fresh white towels, cow shed products, hair dryers and accessories - everything you need! The instructors are passionate and motivational - with a wide range of classes to choose from - with plenty of time options to suit your routine. It's pure luxury! The NFF cafe is a perfect grab and go for work or a boost! Defo recommend the snickers shake post workout!

I love this place! When I enter it, it feels like I get to kind of a different world , where everyone is for a reason, and we work in the same direction) it feels really supportive🤍

Third Space Canary Wharf is an incredible gym with top-tier facilities, an amazing variety of classes, and a welcoming atmosphere. The space is always clean, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded, even during peak hours.

The classes are a huge highlight for me—there’s something for everyone, and the instructors are fantastic. The staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to make members feel welcome. It truly lives up to its name because it’s the third place I spend the most time in!

A year on, and Third Space Canary Wharf is still hands down one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The entire gym is always spotless, the trainers and reception team are just as helpful as day one, and the energy in the classes never dips!
It really is the kind of gym that keeps you motivated, whether you’re hitting the weights, a class, or just enjoying a post-workout shake. (They are so yummy by the way)

I have been with Third Space for a couple of years now. It is a great place to blow off steam and relax. It is after all a third space after your home and work. The instructors are amazing here and are also accommodating to your needs especially when I am pregnant. Grateful to have access to this gym and enjoy all the facilities it has to offer.
