Awful practice! Impossible to get an appointment to see a GP. I’m not even convinced there is one working there. Avoid this practice at all costs, they can’t serve the patients they have but are still taking on new!!

Would give 0 but can't absolutely useless doctors no matter when I ring they say they are full. How can you be full on appointments at 8am. Been trying to get my issues sorted for 3 years but they run around doing tests not related. Then say they put a note on for next time but then there is no note on my records at all I got referred by the hospital and they still won't do the test I need absolutely useless

It's almost impossible to get an appointment with a Doctor at this practice.
The system they have in place is inadequate and doesn't work.
In this day a age you should be able to ring the practice at any time during the day and an appointment should be made for you. It is 2025 not 1945!
Have they heard of computer programming for appointments.
Also doesn't matter how quickly you phone at 08:00 in the morning when you finally get through all the appointment have already gone.
This happens almost always.

Sadly I've seen a decline in the care provided by this practice. It's difficult to get the help when needed. All the advice they can offer is call 111 resulting in putting more pressure on A&E and urgent care in Hospitals

Impossible to get an appointment even for a baby under the age of 1 with a pre existing medical condition.
Reception staff are rude and unhelpful and say the surgery recommended 111 to their patients when 111 say get a GP appointment

What a rude practice I emailed on thd 17th April with regards to appointment that unfortunately I had to cancel I emailed due.to been deaf iv resent email 4 more times with regards to been contacted with new appointment and not one person has got the manners yo reply my appointment was with Michelle West. Surely someone one will of seen these emails once agian a very rude practice

I've been a patient at Roseberry practise for 20 years. It is difficult to get a phone appointment but they do have the econsult and you can go into reception at 8am when it opens. Yes, booking an appointment can be frustrating but the reason for my 5 stars, is the quality of care, the attentiveness of staff and the ability to get an out of hours appointment. Receptionists are always helpful and understanding, especially with a booking system that they understand is not perfect. The nurses are lovely and always make me feel understood and totally at ease. I have seen various GP's as often a locum as its pit of hours, they have all been excellent and I have felt heard and never rushed. I can't fault the care and attention and I recognise that surgery's are under pressure, so I won't mark them down for difficilty in booking an appointment as this is a countrywide issue.

An amazing practice I can’t fault. I last minute required a temporary referral with this practice after having surgery and when my old gp failed to have me this practice stepped in and had me immediately. The staff don’t get enough credit and work tirelessly to give the best care ensuring no one is left without. I’ve had a difficult few weeks and this team has been so supportive with my care and answering any queries I had. They’re the reason I still have hope and will forever be so grateful for what they’ve done for me. Can’t recommend enough!
