Our precious Honey passed away peacefully at home last Friday, we contacted Holmes In Heaven the next morning and the service we received was efficent and perfect. We were treated with kindness, it was a calm environment and we were given time to say goodbye without pressure. We were able to bring Honey home 2 days later and the keepsakes were just so lovely! Matthew showed us such kindness after the sudden passing of our beautiful boy Teddy . He welcomed us and assured us that our beautiful Teddy would be taken care of on his final journey. Daisy was the love of our lives and we lost her one week before her 12 th birthday unfortunately, I’ve had many dogs over my lifetime and most have been cremated and by far this person and place is the best you will ever find to let your best friend go to heaven I fully recommend it to any one who finds them in this awful situation.

The most difficult time made so easy by Matthew at Holmes in Heaven. From the moment we spoke on the phone to make arrangements for Roman, Matthew was so sympathetic and accommodating towards us; a truly gentle soul who I knew would look after our beautiful boy. Located in the most peaceful setting, the view from the chapel of rest is perfect giving some time for reflection whilst we were saying goodbye for the final time.
I couldn’t recommend Holmes in Heaven enough. We are forever thankful for your help and support, Natalie & Matthew Wiggs.

We can't recommend Matthew and Holmes in Heaven enough. From our initial contact to picking up Bentley's ashes, Matthew was so kind and caring. We discussed taking Bentley to Holmes in Heaven and we are so glad we did. After his gentle euthanasia at home we had some time with him and then took him up in his bed to Matthew. It is such a beautiful, peaceful place and we said our final goodbyes privately overlooking the lovely countryside. We were heartened to leave Bentley with someone who clearly cares deeply for animals. We went back to collect Bentley's ashes, urn and paw print and were pleased with everything plus there was a beautiful little card with wild flower seeds to plant. It was the most upsetting time made bearable by Matthew. Thank you so much, Carole and John
