I cannot praise or say enough good things about this pharmacy and its staff. I highly recommend them, I have been very sick this last year with a broken wrist , hip replacement and pneumonia. They sorted out home delivery for me with no hesitation or cost after my accident.They always get my prescriptions done as fast as possible. The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help myself and my partner. I cannot thank them enough amazing pharmacy.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Apollo Pharmacy in Didcot for their exceptional service. They provided outstanding support for my grandfather, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, by organising his medications into a dosette box. Although they initially informed us it would take 7-10 days, they delivered it within just 5 days, which was a huge relief for our family. Their efficiency and dedication to patient care are truly commendable. I couldn’t thank Apollo Pharmacy enough for making a positive difference in my grandfather's daily life. Highly recommended!

The absolute worst chemist in all my 34 years with a chronic condition I have dealt with. Constantly going back 3/4 times for medication, losing prescriptions, they also don't tell you if something is missing from your medication when you collect it unless you actually asked unlike most chemists they give you a owed ticket so both you and the chemist can keep track. Tried with them for around 9/12 months and they have never once got my prescription right. Moved chemists now as I'm sick of the arguments in there from the staff who try to make out your losing your marbles when you haven't received the medication. Every single time I go in there someone is having an issue. AVOID!

This applies to Apollo Pharmacy at Lostock Place Didcot.
I had a prescription done for antibiotics as I had an infection. I was messaged Tuesday the day after Bank Holiday saying my prescription was ready for pick up. Apollo usually delivers my medication, so this was strange. When I eventually got through to ask when they could deliver they said on Friday, that was a full five days after receiving the prescription. Fortunately, my son came over and made a special journey to pick my prescription
up.The reason for the problem was that they had misfiled my prescription. I have now changed my pharmacy.
