Some time has passed since my last visit to Becontree Medical Centre, but I felt compelled to write a review due to the significant improvements I noticed during my recent experience. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and professional, consistently responsive and polite. The waiting room is clean, warm, and comfortable.
I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Singh VG. His professionalism and genuine care for his patients are truly commendable. He took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel valued as a person, not just a patient. His dedication has earned my utmost respect, and his approach significantly improved my experience.

I have been a patient for many years and I honestly say it’s the best drs surgery I have ever visited

Extremely unhelpful, can never get an appointment, had a telephone appointment but couldn’t be prescribed what I needed and was told to go down a walk in centre and wait hours! They have been under investigation for poor service before and no wonder why! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

First time coming here I would not recommend it, I was booked for a smear test the nurse did not cover me over it was painful and really uncomfortable also no tissue in the toilets I told them at reception and they couldn’t care less! Avoid this place.

Haven't faced any issues to get an appointment. They are doing great with the extended evening hour appointments now. Management change has really helped this centre. They even called back to check if my kid is doing fine the next day after the appointment. Great job in providing the required care.

I have been with Becontree Medical Centre for nearly 10 years and honestly it's the best GP I've ever had. The reception staff are always so accommodating, the app is very helpful too. Over the last year I've needed to go in alot due to having a baby and other reasons and always been seen quickly. The GPs each and everyone have taken me seriously and helped me efficiently. I'm grateful for Becontree Medical Centre!

I've been with this practice nearly 30 years and the recent change of management has been amazing! No problem at all getting face to face or telephone appointments, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.
