Staff are great very helpful and understanding, call times can be busy so suggest a call back, waiting area is pleasant although I've found some inconsiderate people when talking to receptionist, as they don't stand behind the designated line in the queue as they find it hard to hear what I'm discussing to them when there standing next to me. doctors are great and no problem with any issues I need discussing.

Since moving here to 2 years ago from the awful surgery next door, I can only say how brilliant everyone is. Never before have I ever been contacted, after blood tests and hospital visits. This surgery chases you to discuss all findings and referrals. So you are not left in the dark, about anything. Well done to everyone at the surgery.

Dr England is absolutely brilliant, so understanding and knowledgeable. The receptionists are always lovely, as are the nurses. Would be a 5 star if they did blood tests there, and if the phone menu wasn't so long haha

Never helpful trying to get an appointment is impossible the reception team act like gatekeepers and some of the doctors are bullies and like to accuse men of domestic abuse just for helping put symptoms out there horrible doctors I'm changing doctors as soon as I help my partner back from hospital because of the lack of care this doctors provide avoid at all costs

I would like to thank the doctors, nurses and the receptionists who have been 5 star as far as my husband and myself are concerned for years. I would never ever change our health centre . Yes I admit it is difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at 8 in the morning, I can imagine why, you get told to ring at 8 everyone who needs to see a nurse or doctor, it must run into the 30's (or more) each morning, when I did eventually get through by that time all appointment had been taken. I was advised to ring 111 if I felt it was urgent. It's not the fault of the receptionists, Its because Castlemead is such a good Health Centre they will have more and more people joining. Keep up the good work and Thankyou for all you do.

I have been with castlemead drs for couple of years now and all I can say is they are so friendly and fantastic! I once went into the drs at midday asking to book an appointment and they fitted me in the same day at 3pm. I respect this does not happen all the time. Receptionists are friendly and informative. Very helpful. Drs and nurses are brilliant and have really helped me. I really would recommend this surgery practice.

This surgery are amazing. The nursing staff, receptionists and gps have all been supportive and helpful. Only this morning a receptionist, Julie has been so very kind and made a huge difference to my family and I. I am so grateful for Castlemead Health Centre x
