Been with this hospital for around about a year now with regards to my daughter's autism diagnosis, still don't have a diagnosis. There's very little communication, no contact numbers to chase them up anywhere and I feel as if my daughter has been neglected and forgotten about.

Was there for 9.10 appointment was for 9.45 so plenty of time. Went up to counter 25 minutes after appointment time got told my husband was next. No someone else came after and went in. I went back up 45 minutes after appointment time got told they are behind. Then somebody put 45 minutes delay on board because I complained. Although no one else in room. The Dr was a waste of time my husband had a MRI scan last year at another hospital . That's why he got sent to a spine specialist. Then the Dr said need to get xray on your hips you might have arthritis never said anything about is back. Then the nurse said we don't have a xray here. The Dr looked a bit surprised. Although he was a waste of time wasn't very happy with anything at this hospital

Had two moles removed today. The nurses and the surgeon who did my procedure were nothing but kind friendly and compassionate towards me and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was ok. The nurses also had a great sense of humour which helped my anxiety. Thank you so much to everyone who helped with my procedure today.

I went in for sterilisation in the day surgery unit. The staff were fantastic and really made me feel comfortable. They introduced themselves and told me what their roles were, explained everything in detail and looked after me exceptionally! Pain management was 10/10 and they even stayed longer to make sure I was able to go home! They all went above and beyond!!!!

Amazing, helpful receptionists. Both dermatology consultants I’ve seen explain things well, listen, and just do their jobs amazingly. Blood tests here are so stress free due to the friendly nurses. Overall just a fantastic place.

Thank you to my consultant Sophie I don't know her last name which tells you everything really ! She was so understanding and caring and although I suffer with my nerves she and the nurses got me through my procedure without feeling too embarrassed and I felt I left with my dignity intact after an undignified procedure. I think more female doctors are needed I feel I can cope with the next stage with thanks to these ladies xx

Just returned home from a flexible sigmoidoscopy here. What a fantastic little community hospital. I was extremely nervous before my procedure but needn't have worried, the staff were extremely friendly, conscientious, caring and gave that personal touch, just like in hospitals of old. First class, a credit to the NHS.
