If you're thinking of joining this practice. PLEASE DON'T!!
I filled in the on line request form to speak to a GP after experiencing side effects from my medication, someone called me and changed my medication.
After a week on this new medication i developed a cough so I rang the surgery, filled in another request form. No one got back to me so I rang the surgery only to be told that the Dr had written on my form to make appointment to see him in 2weeks. I explained to Manni that I haven't taken my meds for 3days and can't wait 2weeks.
She told me to fill out another request, I was upset and frustrated and ask her to help with the form. No, you do it. "My mother is 74 and she fills out her own form". I saw the Practice Nurse last Wednesday who went and spoke to the Dr, he issued a script for new medication.
I still haven't spoken or seen a Dr!!
I'm not surprised this practice was rated INADEQUATE by CQC. Needless to say I've left this awful practice.
Manni, please show a little empathy for the patients including us 70 + What goes around, comes around. KARMA!!!

Worst doctors ever, if you want an argument every time you call with the receptionist they you’ll have a field day. They give wrong information out and make you wait in call queues, I’ve written a handful of complaints which never seem to get resolved apart from a sorry. The only good receptionist who actually helps and cares is Chloe as for the rest of them awful and the only good doctor is dr kondola again rest waste of time.

I called today for an appointment and Gracie she kept telling me to stop talking and talking over me I didn’t even get to get my point across I’m a Irish traveler and I genuinely feel she was being disrespectful because if that I called back asked for the pals form to make a complaint I voiced why I felt I need to put in a complaint she then went and argued with me for 8 minutes trying to prove she was Irish and where she was from she said she lived in Ireland ten years and all of this Irish people are the most discriminating people towards the Irish traveler community in Ireland her arguing with me is like trying to say she has black friends she can’t be racist the fact she was arguing back and forth with me trying to make her self look innocent proves to me she was discriminating towards me I have it all recorded I’m going to attach it here where she’s arguing with me for 8 minutes when all I asked for was the pals form I have mental health issues I have ptsd the last thing I need is someone arguing in the phone with me that kind of stuff can put me in a episode over my ptsd I could end up self harming myself there was no need to be spoke to like that or be put in the situation to have to raise my voice to receptionist her jobs to make appointments not argue with people on the phone on Google there’s a lot of bad review because of the receptionist in the practice the way she acted is the very same as when us Irish travelers are refused entry to somewhere and the people argue with us it was the very same this is discrimination at its finest and then her arguing to try prove she’s Irish shows she was in fact being discriminatory towards me if she was innocent she’s would be fine to give her name give the email and that would be that but no she argued with me for 8 minutes and when I mentioned that I’m on the phone 8 minutes and shouldn’t have to be all I needed was somewhere to complain and her name she then said I’m terminating this call if I didn’t mention it she probably would of kept arguing with me it’s totally unprofessional I never expected this from a doctor office I’m in shock my anxiety is very bad after this I’m prone to self harm this type of stuff makes me want to I can’t deal with people like that I can’t believe how I was spoke to I’ve emailed to complain as well as post this something has to be done about this if it’s not I’ll have to contact my union about this

Surgery refused to register us because our house postcode wouldn’t come up on their system. Although the house is 2 years old and we’ve not had this issue before anywhere else…
I visited the practice 3 times to chase up registration because nobody had bothered to call me or tell me this was an issue. In the end the receptionist simply shrugged and said ‘I don’t know what’s going on with the admin team’. I asked her what I should do she said ‘I don’t know’.
We’ve since registered up the road. Better practice with better service. What a shame we pay into a system and are left with unreliable and inconsistent service. You expect to be treated as medical staff but the level of unprofessionalism and incompetence is shocking. Embarrassing really.

One of the worst practices ever, majority of receptionists do not know or even carry out their own policies. Staff are rude and seem to forget that the people they talk to are unwell and are vulnerable, they also have a major habit of telling you one thing & then someone else says something completely different. POOR

GP is good but the Pharmacy isn't..
I don't think the service extension to the Pharmacy is working well. Poor advice and knowledge. They always convince you to buy medications even if you need treatment beyond that

If your living in the local area and registered here do yourself a favour and leave ASAP.

Almost impossible to get an appointment.

There are far better doctors surgeries nearby with better booking practices where you can actually see someone without phoning over 100 times.

We visited Surgery with our daughter , Dr kandola was very pleasant, we didn't feel rushed , he listened and explained things
Also the advanced care practitioners are very good too
Highly recommended
