Recently joined this fantastic practice from the first appointment being booked to seeing a doctor/nurse was professional, friendly and supportive. Booked me in for tests with follow up email and texts. The Reception coordinators Lisa and Shannon were patient and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help (that’s very unusual from a doctors practice) thanks to Hayley Ford who took time to explain all my questions. Service was Above and beyond!

This primary care centre gives exceptional service. Patients are always treated with respect. They are proactive - and - as in the description - they give primary care and do everything they can to treat you on site thus keeping you out of hospital.

The day I came it was absolutely pouring it down, but there is no outside shelter.

Meaning disability scooters got drenched too, and well as anyone stood outside for air!

So again, a lost star.

We had our Covid jabs last Saturday, and both my wife and I attended your Medical Practice together. I found that the visit was very efficiently organised, and the vaccination process was smooth, pleasant and cheerfully friendly. Well done. I'm sure my wife will write a review herself, and I don't expect it will be too different from mine.

Professional and friendly GP surgery. Have always had professional attentive GP’s who have taken time to explain details despite the increasing work pressures over the 25 years I have been registered here. No issues with appointment times for either telephone of face-to-face, having used infrequently. Covid and flu vaccinations were easily booked online and carried out with happy efficiency. The team do a great job.

I found the 'experience' excellent.
The WoTPCC had allowed me to change my appt time by 4hrs at short notice (ie from 09.00 to 12:55hrs that Sat morning)
The staff were very helpful and pleasant on arrival, there were no significant queues, and the jab was delivered efficiently (despite my needing to remove and then replace 3 layers of bulky clothing) and painlessly.
The experience was not at all unpleasant and all staff were charming.
Couldn't be faulted or bettered.
