Doctor always late, 20, 30 minutes, or maynot turn up at all! Last appointment, I was 2nd on the afternoon list, waited 30 minutes, before being called in. I had a face mask on and gloves (I am vulnerable/disabled) she was slumped in her chair and handled my wrist to look at something. She DID NOT WASH HER HANDS prior to touching me and she had just been with a different patient!!! I'm horrified and will never see that woman again, who claims to be a qualified GP.

Previously, she kept on disagreeing with me when I explained that some test results had come back. I had copies of both from the previous week and yet she insisted that they were not at the surgery!

The abusive treatment I received at this surgery after Dr White retired blew my life apart and nearly killed me. They are cruel, nasty people who will put their own politics and irrational prejudices before the wellbeing of a vulnerable patient, who was never a problem to them and didn’t actually need very much to be okay.

A disorganised surgery. Shouted at by receptionist for not reading the sign on how to check in. Which exact sign should that be - out of the hundreds including duplicates on every wall, some peeling off due to lack of care and attention.
Admin team really let down the surgery.

It needs a complete refresh.

Insufficient doctors - 6weeks to get a routine appointment - due to expected leavers apparently. Admin - Did you not have a succession plan?!!

Looks like it was last painted in 1980..

Poor management overall. Site manager needs training - sits behind a closed door and doesn’t respond.

If they have this much poor care and maintenance over practice management - and this is the simplest and cheapest bit to achieve - then what does that suggest about the surgery overall?

Connor - what a breath of fresh air! I called the surgery to change an existing appointment and create a new appointment (bit of a faff) and he was just so kind, understanding, efficient and sorted everything all out quickly and calmly. Amazing customer service and representative!

How is this surgery even still open? Do the people that work here not like their job or something? I waited about 30 min on the phone to book an appointment about my ear, and was told about my face to face booking date and time. When it came to said date and time, i couldn't check in because it said I had no appointments booked? Asked about this at the reception and was told the same thing. Absolutely waste of time. That's 3 hours of my life I'll never get back.

Contrary to most of what I could see on Google Reviews the surgery have been very organised in taking us on as new patients (transferred from Bedgrove due to house move). Connor could not have been more efficient or helpful today and arranged a GP appt for within 2 days of my phone call. Cannot fault. 😊

What an absolute joke!!! Called and waited for 45 minutes to get through and advised there's a 3 week wait for a doctors appointment? For someone genuinely in need and have been waiting for a hospital appointment for 18 months now is absolutely disgusting way to treat a patient or to treat anyone? How on earth in this day and age is there a 3 week wait just to speak to a doctor
