I called 111 yesterday and spoke to nurse about my shoulder injury, she then booked a phone back call from your surgery today. I received call at 8.30am from Ms Diana Mule (Receptionist) - Queens Park Surgery (General Practice) to confirm appointment at Honey Suckle at 10.40am. Then received another call but went to voicemail at 8.34am Mrs Lisa Crampton (Receptionist) - Queens Park Surgery (General Practice) saying GP would call instead of face to face appt. Now its 11.20am and received no phone call from GP.

Absolutely shocking. Too many patients and not enough appointments. Cannot even pre book 6 weeks ahead.
If you are not at deaths door yet I'm pretty sure you will be left to get there as a patiet with this surgery. On a positive the receptionists who I have spoken to have been pleasant.

On 07.Feb.2025 (10:45am) I'm on the phone with Queens park GP surgery..
Very rude female receptionist! She raisws her voice without letting me speak and pretending I'm the one speaking over her, then she refuses to book me an appointment with a doctor although the doctor asked me to do one. She pretends she knows better than the doctor and hung ups the phone.... 😭
I was always told my blood tests were normal by the receptionist but looking on the nhs app i can read they're abnormal, meaning the receptionist lied to me previously. I'm so upset about it and this awful receptionist women is acting so weird and rude... Like she knows better than the doctor... Why is she even there, why would anyone allow such a person to work for a GP surgery... Is not right

Clean, I don’t under the complaint’s it’s Honestly not bad, went here for years, friendly staff, good family doctors, posters in all languages, very welcoming, obviously have to wait for appointments to become available.

Awful surgery! Staff are incredibly rude, arrogant and simply put horrible people. They thrive of making people squirm and suffer for appointments. The reviews speak volumes! Avoid!

I walked in today and spoke to a very kind receptionist, she was interested in my condition, discussed it with me, and gave me the first available appointment in March. I was surprised by the great service and feel very lucky. It’s almost impossible to get through on the phone, but when you speak to the Receptionists in person they are very helpful.

Would not recommend. Rude receptionist that lie and pretend they are medically trained. Wait times are terrible and never have appointments. Doctors are basic not genuine never follow up with patients, have to chase most of the time for everything.
