Only given 1 star as I am unable to give 0. My daughter booked an initial consultation with Dr Simon’s. On the day received a text message requesting for the appointment to be moved forward but she was unable to move appointment forward. Mr Simon’s then questioned to why she had not moved appointment forward which was very strange. His attitude from the start was extremely dismissive and very rude. He belittled her when she was trying to explain which procedure she wanted and I can only assume this was because of her age. The procedure she required is due to previous surgery on her breasts for health reasons now causing disfigurement. This should have been considered as part of the consultation but she was dismissed and he actually made her cry! Despite paying £50 pounds for the consultation! His lack of respect and empathy is worrying considering he is medical professional! I would not recommend anyone to be under his care due to his manner!

Only given 1 star as you have to give something!
Once they receive your money after a hard sell and procedure doesn't work they ignore you!!
I had the gastric balloon and was assured it works and if it doesn't you receive a money back offer!
After repeatedly explaining to the dietician it wasn't working, i wasn't losing weight even though i had followed every instruction given and to be told i probably wasn't eating enough!!
Very disheartened and out of pocket by £4000 - they are now ignoring me and my claim for £1000 money back guarantee - in fact ive been blamed for the scales no registering data to them....scales don't help you lose weight and every step of the 4 months i repeatedly told them my weight was not changing.
My last call was to the dietician I was told it is probably due to me having a hysterectomy and my hormones are not settled.
Good service is only achieved if things don't go according to their plan and as a woman trying her best to lose weight and resorting to this procedure as nothing else works... even going to the gym, eating little you would hope you would get all the support you've paid for and understand these things happen but now to retract on this guarantee is robbery!!
I'm taking this further as private clinics make a lot of money for people who are at a desperate end to the point they seek costly medical help!!

Had a gastric bypass at the bromsgrove hospital.
The hospital itself was spotlessly clean with large comfortable rooms and good size shower room.
Staff are friendly and instantly put me at ease.
Nurses couldn't do enough for you making sure I was comfortable at all times.
My coordinator has been brilliant right from the start. I know if I've got any issues or concerns I can just pick up the phone.
Aftercare has been really good. I feel totally supported by my dietitian who has provided me with everything I need to know to succeed.
My experience has definitely been 5*

I went to the Dolan hospital for a breast reduction . From the moment I arrived here I was instantly put at ease by the lovely lady on reception. She was so welcoming and really lovely to talk to. I was then met by a nurse who showed me to my room. From then on everyone was really lovely and kept me informed on everything they would be doing. They looked after me so well before and after my surgery. My surgeon Mr Payne was amazing, very direct but also listened to what I wanted out of this procedure. He got amazing results and although I only had my op two days ago I am loving my new breasts. I would highly recommend the hospital group for anyone thinking about having a procedure. I can't rate them high enough.

My surgeon was very friendly , However I have bad scarring and pain in one scar 2 years later. I started the process to resolve this in may 2017 and I'm still no closer. I don't rate the aftercare at all very long waits for appointments 3 months + no response from follow up calls . Quite annoying when the calls don't stop prior to booking a different story once you've paid . After surgery I was asked if I wanted to go home ( even though I'd paid for an over night stay, as they were closing the ward ) then asked if I would share a room with someone . I was forgotten about on day of leaving so I didn't receive breakfast and was just sat in the room for hours whilst waiting for a taxi .

I had my Vaser Liposuction here. My transport had been booked via Transform Clinic at Weymouth London Clinic. I was picked up early morning and was driven to the hospital. My chauffeur was so nice! As soon as I got inside the service was impeccable! I felt so welcomed and taken care of to the absolute best! I made it earlier than 7am & I was one of the first to have my surgery done woohoo! I was taken care of by many nurses, I remember one named Jackie who was lovely but there were also others names I can’t remember who were absolutely lovely! I was given information regarding my day, my before care, during surgery & aftercare and everything that would happen during the day. I was given a choice of food which was nice. Nurses took care of me, place is lovely, own rooms which is always the best. Taken care of like a baby which was nice. I honestly felt like I didn’t want to leave & I honestly hate hospitals
I never leave reviews but I honestly felt like I had to leave one because it was that good!
Thank you to the staff at the hospital, Dr Rezza my surgeon & everyone basically!

I’ve never felt so comfortable and supported in all of my life! What an amazing hospital. I have no idea how there are bad reviews about this place as I had the best experience ever. My admission time was 10am and I was nil by mouth since I woke up. I did have to wait a little longer than expected until surgery so didn’t eat all day and eventually I went to theatre at 4. But thank goodness they didn’t let me eat because the anaesthetic made me feel so nauseous! From the moment I walked in, to leaving the next day, all of the staff were on hand to help me whenever needed. Particularly, Trisha, Fridi and Betty! What amazing ladies, thank you so much for taking care of me - I couldn’t be more grateful. I 100% recommend! Don’t listen to the negative reviews!! Life in hospital is unpredictable, sometimes surgeries get delayed, nurses are with emergency patients but they work hard to give you a good care! I would do it all again - I actually wish I’d of stayed for 2 nights!! THANKYOU xxx

I had my surgery only a couple of days ago and feel great, Every member of staff that assisted with my procedure were amazing. I am a sufferer of anxiety and I was made to feel so comfortable and calm from the moment I walked in to being discharged. This was my first operation and I couldn't Imagine my experience being any better. I'd like to thank everyone at Dolan park for making my day so easy.
