The staff are absolutely fantastic my daughter had accidentally broke her glasses, I rang up and explained what happened and the staff advised to come in and they should be able to replace the frame within 10-15 minutes which is brilliant service. Every time I visit the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you 😊

Absolutely professional optometrist and staff!
Previously I had gone to another optical place which is wide known in the area and received a bad service overall giving me a different prescription than the ones I really needed. I have been using glasses for over 20 years so I am quite familiar with the eye exams and I can say that Panzer really took his time to see my eyes, ask me questions and listen to my concerns related to my vision. I really like the optometrist here and he was the only one noticing that I needed a prism in one of my eyes. This change in my prescription fixed my medical condition overall since I was having horrible headaches and was not able to work properly. The staff also worked on time to get my new glasses done and understood that it was an emergency for me to have them as soon as possible. Thank you all!

If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would! This is THE BEST opticians I have ever had the pleasure to visit. The staff are amazing every single one of them.. they go above and beyond for you.. they are so kind, friendly and helpful. I recently ordered some contact lenses. They kept me in the loop throughout. They taught me how to use them and had patience with me... and even when I lost one at home (after 2 days!!!) They remembered I had an important event on the weekend and went above and beyond to help me sort them out to get them in time. It took them TWO DAYS to sort it out for me. The ladies helped me choose my frames too.. and they gave me the brutal honesty I need when deciding what suits. They are exceptional.. and thank you SO much to each one of you.

I was very nervous about going to get my eyes tested due to coronavirus. However as soon as I stepped into the reception they made me feel so at ease. Checked my temperature (no company has done this so far) then directed me to the seating area. When I walked into the opticians there was plenty of distance. The optician was so friendly and could tell I was nervous. She even stopped and spoke about other things to get me comfortable. After the two tests I went and chose the glasses. The receptionist was friendly and we had a few laughs. She even remembered me from 7 years ago. They gave me plenty of time to choose the glasses and helped with my options. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here. Granted I have not had the glasses yet but I know they will be amazing.

Fantastic service. Adhered to all social distancing guidelines. Optician was very friendly and very thorough. My glasses came in quickly and are perfect. I’m so glad I waited for them to reopen after lockdown because I don’t want to go anywhere else.

Me and my family have been at this fabulous opticians for years. They are one of the most friendliest and welcoming places I've ever known. All the staff that all work their including the manager Joy are all lovely. I'd recommend anyone to go there.
