Dr Shah specifically goes and above and beyond and always shows great care in his role. He played a crucial role in diagnosing my daughter and supporting us throughout and post treatment and we as a family will be forever grateful. Thank you

I’ve been at this surgery for 6+yrs. I’m very satisfied with the surgery & staff. They have been very helpful, supportive & caring towards me. When I have had a ‘problem’ they have always managed to get an appointment arranged or a call back.
Extremely satisfied Thank you.

The best thing I ever did was moving to this surgery. I always get appointments when I need them and the staff are kind and attentive. A special mention to Dr.Dhliwayo who I saw for the first time the other day. She actually listened to me and treated me with kindness and compassion. She sorted my medication issue out and I've already booked back in with her. She is a credit to the practice and all doctors should have the same passion about their jobs as she does. If you come from a rubbish practice and are looking for a new one, sign up! You won't regret it.

I’m new to this practice and I’m really impressed.
The reception staff are very helpful, I’ve seen the nurse, GP and spoke to the pharmacist…all were amazing, thank you 🤩

(30.12.24-6:26pm) Just dropping someone off to see a doctor. I parked around the back of the surgery and it is PITCH BLACK. Only 1 light is working and that is right as the back of the car park. This is not SAFE for anyone going to their car.

Thanks for replying. Just to let everyone know that they know of the issue and will be sorting it out. Thx.

Poor service from most of the reception team who think they are qualified doctors them self and give you GP's advice. It takes a lot for them to even smile and great you, there is only one who actually does her job well. Train all of them again in being welcoming patients and curtsey.

This surgery was really, really bad and a complete waste of time to join. I moved after 2 appointments. I had a problem with my blood and vitamin levels for a while and they labelled it to "possible stress" and said no action needed. Also any specialist advice and plans of actions for me, in any letters given to the gp, was not followed through by this gp.

Thank you for your feedback - West Heath Surgery takes the concerns and and experiences of all our patients very seriously. Having reviewed your medical records there are discrepancies in your review and the information in your medical records. We are bound by confidentiality and therefore cannot discuss these details on a public review site. As a general rule we can only offer advice, and it is up to a patient if they wish to follow this advice / decline any medication suggested. We are also bound by a prescribing formulary and certain medications have to prescribed by a specialist and cannot be prescribed in primary care. if you wish to discuss these details and your concerns further please contact the surgery.
MY REPLY.
1, I have no longer been registered with you for many months. This means you do not have acsess to my medical record so no need to lie.
2. What a load of waffle. Everytime specialist departments, i.e pain management team, diabetic team, mental health team sent letters adressing next steps for my care and any medication to be put on, no gp ever did follow through with ANY of advice and care plans for me. My letters were completely ignored. It was impossible to get appointments in a timeley manner Plus i did have a problem with my bloods, and you repeatedly dismissed it as stress. The only discrepancy you suggest is your own. My vit D and folic was extremely low, i had high lymph node count again and again, anything flagged was dismissed. Even your reply was gas and makes no sense. I left. The Gp was the worst of the worst for me, in my experience. Good for some, awful for others.

My initial visit and subsequent visits to deal with my perimenopause symptoms have been life changing. Fantastic doctor!
