Always a pleasure seeing the ladies of the practice. Always greet yo witha warm smile and are very helpful. Both Dentist and Hygienist are nice and informative.

I do fear dentists as a result of incident when I was younge, but Tracey, the hygienist in particular is amazing and puts me at ease every time I see her. She has great tips on cruise holidays too 😊.

I'm super anxious about dentist based on past experience but due to toothache I've had to force myself back to a dentist recently and west heath dental is where I've registered. Reception staff really friendly. Made dentist aware I was nervous when I walked in she was lovely and explained everything to me. Made a plan going forward and currently based on today I do feel at ease and not overly anxious about going back

Not impressed very rushed visit.
I waited 30 minutes even though I was on time for my appointment.
Dentist didn’t offer cleaning, as I was leaving she said it was only few teeth that need it cleaned and I can have it done on next visit. My teeth desperately need cleaning.
I previously was given pain relief which didn’t start working until after the procedure… as dentist started working immediately after injection was given and ignored the fact I could feel everything.
I thought I’ll give it another chance after that but still was left disappointed
I think this was my last visit.

First time appointment since joining. I can honestly say fantastic people working here, my dentist herself was fantastic and knew exactly what she’s doing, great communication. So glad I moved dentist. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic wisdom tooth extraction! I had my upper wisdom tooth removed, it didnt take even 1 min to finish, i was so scared because Ive never had a tooth removed before. Fantastic experience
