I had a routine blood test on Monday, results on Weds - very fast, reception staff really helpful, referred me to clinical pharmacist for a phone consultation on Thursday a.m. and now going forward with treatment. Raheem, the clinical pharmacist was just wonderful, reassuring, answered everything, made it all make sense. What a great addition the clinical pharmacist service is. Many thanks.

Fantastic service in dealing with my health concerns promptly. I found Dr Syed responsive and caring at my initial appointment and Susan the practice nurse today was brilliant. Thank you to both of you and all the staff at Kingsfield. Appreciated.

Used to be a decent GP but went downhill fast. Impossible to arrange an appointment within a reasonable time frame. It is simply humiliating to have to discuss your sensitive (mental) health information with the most uncaring and unpleasant receptionist, who then proceeds to announce that your difficulties are not an emergency and that you should call again after Christmas (it's 28/11/2024 today) to be able to see your usual GP. Utterly disgusting.

I feel very lucky to be registered with Kingsfield. Patients here can:
Speak to a receptionist.
Book phone appointments and face to face appointments a few weeks in advance.
Get emergency appointments on the day.
Get access to some fantastic, empathetic, proactive GPs.
Let's not forget our great nurses.
We get email reminders.
And a great pharmacy attached to the premises.

I don't mind having to phone repeatedly from 8.27am to get onto that 8.30 queue for an emergency appointment. I don't think waiting a few weeks for non emergency appointments is an issue. I find the reception team very helpful and empathetic (and let's not forget, we all have bad days). I think our GPs now (those I've met) are absolutely wonderful.

I feel quite guilty when friends tell me how they never get to speak to a person at their GP, let alone get an appointment within 2 months. Online booking systems with computers deciding if you're ill enough to be seen. No thank you! Need to be seen that day? Off to A&E you go, to clog up the already struggling system with none A&E issues.

None of that nonsense at Kingsfield. I think they should be teaching the NHS how efficient a GP practice can be, with people in charge.

I've been with this practice for 3 years and I couldn't be happier with them. I've seen 4 of the doctors and numerous nurses for blood tests, all have been great. Couldn't recommend them more. Raheem the in house pharmacist is extremely helpful too

Reception staff are awful. When did they train to diagnose. If I think my child needs seeing then my child needs seeing not to be told "in the nicest possible way why didn't u ring this morning if you thought your child needed seeing."

Has been my local Docters for the last 40 years. Receptionists always friendly and helpfull. Can book an appointment on the day. Docters on the ball. Recent blood test showed problem, had phone call and a referral on the day.

The receptionists are exceptional at Kingsfield, endlessly kind and helpful. I tried and failed to get an emergency appointment recently. Sue, the receptionist gave me the number of Katie Rd and told me that she would keep my name in front of her in case there was a cancellation. The next day she went to great lengths to contact me to offer me an appointment. It was way beyond what she needed to do and I really appreciated it.
