My mother has been a client of this company for over 6 years. The service that is provided by the carers is excellent as the carers are empathetic to my mother who has alzhiemers. The company has worked with us to ensure that familiar carers attend to my mother so that there is consistency and the carers who attend are kind and go out of there way and more to ensure that my father's life is made easier in attending to my mother. They ensure that all my mothers needs are attended to but also check up on my father to see if he is ok and have called me in the past if they are concerned. So I can honestly say the cares go above and beyond their duty and I much appreciate it. 😊

A carer by the name of Tina knocked on the door, after first standing by the front door for 20 mins. This seemed to be her trick to clock up her work time as her location is being tracked by the company ...

Once inside she spent 5 mins and left without changing my mum's pad.
This is highly unprofessional and a health hazard for my mother. This is the reason why m.y mother keep getting rashes and Infections.

This carer is putting my mother's health and life at risk with her unprofessional lack of care..
This company is going to be reported to the relavant authorities for putting patients lives at risk by hiring uncaring, heartless staff

Tina should not be in this line of work. This unprofessional company is putting patients lives at risk. Avoid at all costs.

I write regarding my elderly neighbour's care experience. We had horrifying carers with a company favoured by the NHS. So come the time of finally moving to DT Care, we were cynical. Our cynicism was misguided. Once my neighbour and his primary carer were accustomed to one another, they were a dream team. My neighbour's life was made happier for Sam's manner. Yes, they have to crack on, but the time they give is quality, considered and kind.

I don’t normally write reviews but due to all the media around Carers at the moment and how under appreciated they can sometimes feel, I’d like to sing the praises of one special lady, that has really pulled out the stops when it comes to “being a Carer”

Since lockdown mum’s mobility has slowly got worse, without going into mum’s illnesses, we as a family realised she needed extra help.

DT Care Services was recommended, and we decided to try them out. I raised my concerns re mum’s needs, and I was assigned a young lady called Shamina…

As I live on the other side of the border, it was worrying times as we had to have a stranger attend to mum’s needs, but Shamina has gone above and beyond caring for my mum! Not only has she shown empathy towards my mum, she has quickly become part of the family. Helping out with mum’s medical appointments, chores around the home, shopping and generally giving me great peace of mind.

I’m fully aware that what Shamina does, is purely part of her good nature and not part of her job description, but I really do appreciate all she does.

Shamina, your a star and an asset to DT Care Services!!! Thank you so much for treating my mum, as you would your mum!

Another appalling care company in hall green just taking the money from Birmingham council funds ..NOT ABIDING TO CARE PLANS with carers staying for 6,10 12 minutes when being paid for 30mins…why send carers to deal with people who can’t complete basic care tasks!!!!School children could do a better caring job! They can’t read labels on cupboards, they struggle to make a sandwich, they don’t show up at last evening visits …sometimes leaving the client in the chair all night, like my uncle on brook lane billesley who had this company ..they leave the pad unchanged in the day for 12 hours .. the list is endless ! It’s not even basic care! Very un educated and certainly UNTRAINED people scamming the system ..AVOID..and yes you were reported .. hence why he has a NEW CARE COMPANY NOW !!!!!

We are very happy of the carers and my grandmother is happy with the carers and they arrive on time. The carers are very polite and helpful. My grandmother feels safe in the hand of dt care services thank you the carers appreciate it.
