The care provided by Dwell has been faultless. The staff have been amazing throughout our journey with them, right from management to the carers. They've gone above and beyond on many occasions and even provided last minute care for my dad due to various mix ups. I highly recommend using them. An additional bonus is that some of their staff are bilingual e.g. Kamal and this has had a nice personal touch. They have been reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. Would definitely use again.

Thank you Dwell Homecare team, for superb quality of care that you have continued to provide my father for over a year. It is a huge relief to me that he is looked after with utmost care. My father with dementia does not normally take to any strangers well, so I was very hesitant when I first approached Dwell. From day one, Kelly and her team have been excellent, carefully assessing the needs, understands likes and dislikes, providing quality of care with great compassion and sensitivity, patiently encouraging to exercise, doing puzzles and playing games. Just excellent!

Dwell home care is a very caring, reliable and responsive care provider. I live in a different city to my father and so it is a real relief to me that he gets the support he needs on a daily basis and Kelly always answers the phone if I need to speak to her. Would thoroughly recommend.

This company is amazing. They are kind, caring and compassionate. Kelly and Farrah are very hands-on and easy to reach if needed. The carers are wonderful, well trained and wear all necessary PPE. They are also WAY more reasonably priced than their competitors (I used one before I came to them and the service is just as good at a fraction of the cost). Would highly recommend.

I’m very happy with the care that Safina provides for my mother who has dementia. We were concerned that mum had lost the ability to take care of her own hygiene and this has been a great relief to know that she is washed, dressed and treated extremely well by Safina. Kelly always keeps us well informed and updated, even contacting us to tell us that my father had fallen at home. It’s so reassuring knowing that your relative is being well looked after. As a nurse myself, finding an agency that would meet my high expectations was always going to be a tall order. However, Dwell not only met these expectations but exceeded them. My father has dementia and Dwell assessed his needs and provided an individualised plan of care that catered to him perfectly. The professionalism and attention to detail this company and the carers provide, has been second to none. The staff genuinely care about the clients and relatives. When my father sees his carer, his face lights up and he loves having her look after him. This is so reassuring to us as a family to see the bond they both share.

Our Dad has received day and night care from Dwell for two weeks (ongoing). We have been very pleased with the quality of care provided. The carers have been consistent, reliable and punctual. All communication with the company (Kelly & Farah) and the carers (mainly Kamal & Naz) has been excellent. Dwell have been attentive to our requirements and responsive and flexible with our needs. Naz & Kamal even went to the supermarket when our Dad ran short of pads! We would recommend this care-provider - they “care” in more ways than one!
