All staff, always go above and beyond,,
Very professional/welcoming...go the extra mile to help/advise...iv had to visit my pharmacy alot in the past 2 years...and truthfully have to say, all staff members, all contribute in me leaving with a big warm smile every time,,,10/10... keep on with the great work 😊....

This was always a very busy pharmacy but since it's been taken over by Sage the old queing system has gone... so it's like a free for all at the counter with people just barging infront of others who were waiting patiently! I think it's gone down hill rapidly . I also found some of the staff really rude and patronising making it very hard to communicate with them. All the old staff have dissapeared so it's lost it's community feel . I was so disgusted with the way I got spoken too recently over some medications my Dr said I could obtain there .I'll be moving to another chemist.
