Toilets absolutely disgusting. We had to drive on to somewhere my wife could actually use. 2 of the three cubicles i the ladies were padlocked shut the other one was filled with faeces.

Visited this place today 5/12/20 at 12:30. I'm an HGV driver and occasional go here to fill my truck when returning from Europe on way the back to base. On several occasions I've thought the Cashier to be on the rude side, but this time he surpassed himself. Truckers have to present their fuel card before they can fuel, and when I walked in he was preoccupied with a problem concerning another customer. So I stood patiently holding my card up for him to see as he only needed to take it from me. He shouted from behind the counter, "you just have to wait" and muttered a few other words that I couldn't hear properly, then shouted in his native Asian language. Even the customer who was waiting behind me couldn't believe his attitude...
I said to him that's no way to talk to a customer. Then the cashier shouted something else... I said, "you know what, I'll take my business elsewhere and you'll lose the sale of around £400 worth of diesel"...
Reading previous comments on here this seems to have been going on for years, so how is this nasty person still working at this BP/Costcutter? Why would any company want him bringing their brand down and losing business?
The whole site is a mess and the toilets are disgusting and should be condemned...

Female and disabled toilets are always locked yet the men's are always open. I do reactivate work from my van so have no choice but to use petrol garages toilets and this one is never open for females or disabled

Avoid this BP/Londis if you have the option

Terrible customer service I asked for a simple refund on an item that I had purchased that I had an issue with but I was blankly refused a refund on 2 occassions, watch they can over charge you for items. The whole BP site is disgusting; loos that have been out of order for over a year, car wash similarly out of order. The shop is a Londis with BP Fuel this whole site badly reflects both companies brands.

The man at the till refused to serve me because my lottery ticket had a crease in it. I was very polite but he kept shouting at me until I asked him not to. At which point he chucked me out. Very bad training from BP and terrible customer service. Not what I am used to from a BP Garage.

I visit this BP station every morning, and every time I buy double shot (Large) black americano COSTA coffee. This morning arround 8:15 I did the same but the machine stopped before the second shot. I called the gye from the tilt he opened the front panel and push a button, but he just restarted it, and of course I put one more single shot. Then I went to the tilt and he charged me 4.60( two single) instead if 2.60 for double( large). We had a big argue offcourse he was arrogant and he blamed me that I had pressed it two times , he didnt care that the mashine stooped and break down before the second shot... Its not about these 2gbp its about the fact that it is rediculous to treat someone like this. Someone who spend every day money in the place where you work or own and you dont take responsibilities of things which are your fault and blame the customers and CHARGE THEM EXTRA!!!
