I’d just like to thank the Walfinch Team for going that extra mile in caring of my Mum. Sally Ann is extremely approachable and proactive in adapting the care to fully meet her needs. The carers are a friendly bunch and always go that extra mile to make sure Mum has everything she needs.
It is so reassuring to have Walfinch coming in 4 times a day.
Could not recommend enough.

Excellent team - nothing is too much trouble for any of them. I know mum is being well cared for and given the utmost respect by the team that visit her. There is always someone at the end of the phone if you need them. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for carers. Sally-Ann 5 days In-Class Induction and Training is top notch. She knows how to x-ray all you needed to know about care and support work and in friendly manner. Always giving out exercise to enable what we have studied sink very well in our memory. Kudos to you Ma’am ✌️

I’ve only been with Walfinch for a few months but I’m very please with them. The carers that come to me are very professional, very good with my personal care, all are very friendly. When you feel a little done they brighten your mood. I’d recommend them for anyone looking for a home services.

Do your research before you use this company!!.
The trouble this branch has caused my wife and mother in law is terrible. Make sure you check everything from invoices to daily logs as, in our case, a large number were incorrect or missing.
My wife was so concerned about the service from this branch she made an official complaint to walfinch's head office who upheld the complaint, apologised for the owner's unprofessional attitude and have instructed this branch to self-refer to the Care Quality Commission under code of candour.
