Poor care agency. They provided package to my ailing dad and carers were rude and never stayed the length of the calls. Management are useless and ignored our complaints especially lady called Sharin. She was awful! Avoid this care agency

The service provided to my Mother has been poor, but the outstanding problem with this provider is the lack of care from the management and the constant miss-truths and denial of any responsibility. When reporting several incidents of injury caused by poorly trained staff, the incidents have never been followed up, but my family have been questioned about our reporting. DO NOT USE

Staff are always friendly and respectful. The office has a 24/7 manager on call and they always have tried to accommodate last minute changes to my father's call times if there has been an emergency or I've needed an extra call. Thank you
