Absolutely fantastic care agency.
So refreshing to know almost every member of staff in the office worked their way up from carers. Really understanding staff and you can tell the carers enjoy their jobs. Nan’s had a few care agencies in the past when she was discharged from hospital but honestly the carers looked battered and would often complain they were overworked. Nationwide took over after 6 weeks since her discharge, and carers speak nothing but good of one another, the staff in the office and the business as a whole. I had some concerns where different staff were coming in on the weekends but nan really liked her weekday carer. Spoke to the manager who was so understanding, she switched some things around and now we only have a different carer coming in on a Sunday as the carer needs a day off ofcourse. Hats off to management for hiring such a wonderful team, they really have taken the stress off me and my mum being her main carers. Thank you nationwide

Allowed a carer to have elderly patients mobile number and call to get patient to cancel the call for the day because carer couldn't be bothered that day also been having medication off patient for months they said they done an investigation but the carer was only removed from Care plan month and months later. Carers name was astma

Stay clear of this company. Lack of experience carers who have no idea what a care plan is. Reported nationwide northfield to Cqc today for neglect.

Don't have noami, victory or surmia in your homes.

And haleema the manager is a Waste of space. Nothing but rubbish comes out of her mouth

I’ve got trained through nationwide and about to start my work . It was a great choice to invest my time and effort in this organisation. They are really amazing . Training classes were so helpful and the trainer Miss Windy was one of the best trainer I’ve ever met . The classes were very informative and practical which we can implement on our work days . Trainer was very mindful and co operative supportive .

Wonderful staff wonderful company very very co-operative hard-working staff. Ali sir was the best teacher ever of my life his experience his technique of teaching, the way of making us positive towards any situation are really good. He's a very wonderful trainer. Edy the lady is also so kind and Trained women. Thanks to company for giving us this opportunity.

I would advise anybody with standards not to use this service. Seems the staff aren't trained and if you care about your loved ones I'd recommend going to a different provider.

I would highly recommend Nationwide for their exceptional in-home care services. The staff were professional and attentive to my mother's needs, providing compassionate and respectful care. The administrative team was also helpful and responsive. I am grateful for their exceptional service and peace of mind they provided.
