I have had a few different treatments from here and I have to say everytime I come to the clinic the service is amazing. The staff are always professional and helpful. The clinic is always spotless and clean. Shelby and Tammy have always made me feel comfortable during my treatments. Currently I am having my laser treatment and it is the best I have had after trying so many clinics. You can actually see results after your first session. I have come to Active Clinic on many occasions for Green Peel, Micro-needling, Cryotherapy (plus a few more treatments) and I will continue to keep coming back.
Their knowledge and care to my skincare requirements makes me feel like I can really trust them to find the best solution for my skin care. I have been with Active Clinic for a number of years for various treatments. My initial meeting was with Tammy. She is a humble and friendly person. Considering she has made her name in the industry, I found her very down to earth and approachable. She makes you feel comfortable and does her level best to assist. For the past two years I have been having my treatments with Shelby. Shelby is professional and friendly. She makes you feel comfortable during the treatment. She goes out of her way to accommodate you. She is very prompt and thorough. She is kind and well spoken. It’s always a pleasure to attend my appointments with her. She always greets you with a smile and bubbly personality. I have visited many clinics in the past but i highly recommend them. They treat everyone equally in professional and friendly manner. They take pride with every client and the service they provide. Thank you Shelby for your effort. I hope your hard work is recognised and rewarded. Active clinics have been amazing. Our son has had long covid for 4 years now and wasn't able to attend school. They made us feel welcome and at home and supported us through one of the most difficult times of our lives. Our son is now back at school full time and able to do other activity but we still come regularly to support his health and we couldn't have done it without them.

I have recently visited active clinic for hyperbaric oxogen therapy, and I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Very friendly staff and welcoming felt comfortable from the moment arriving, staff are very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had, due to my medical condition but was all explained and made me feel very comfortable I will definitely be back!
