Care plus direct have been caring for my parents at home for a few weeks now. I cannot praise them enough and their team of ladies for their caring and professional manner. There’s nothing too much trouble and they go above and beyond to cater to my mom’s individual needs. I am absolutely delighted with this Company. Sandy and Sarah rang me to inform me about what to expect and find out information about my mom and dad so that that the care was tailor made to mom’s needs which was done so empathetically. I felt so at ease talking to them both and they reassured me mom would be well looked after. The carers who visit are polite, kind and caring towards mom and my dad and if they are going to be delayed slightly visiting their home my dad gets a call from Sandy to explain. I
Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of care at home for their family.

This company is great. My carer Haleema is an exellent worker, shes broke through my outer shell and got to know who i am. Its thanks to Haleema that i know have a shower all because she helps me. She cares, she worries about me just like a family member would and makes me feel good about myself. Especially having bad experience with previous carers, she has uplifted my spirit and i look forward to seeing her everyday. I cpuldnt manage without her.

Amazing company, the girls have looked after my mum 100%, Shaila, Simran, Sarish, Sirish and Rizwana all really understand my mums needs and are so kind to mum. Shabana is also brilliant i message/call her anytime and she is always very helpful, and resolves queries promptly. She is always willing to help.i am so pleased they are so caring and treat mum with well. Once again thankyou so much i recommend Care Direct LTD strongly to anyone, they will never let you down.
