Called 162 times over the duration of 2 days to rearrange my appointment, still haven’t been able to speak to anyone, so it looks like my appointment will go to waste when it could’ve been given to someone else last minute. Useless.

It seems like your new nursing staff are inexperienced and using patients for practice. Proper training is essential. They attempted to draw blood twice from each arm, causing significant pain. This is unacceptable.

Wow, what an impressive LARGE new Health Centre facility for Birmingham and Solihull residents.

My GP requested that I have an “urgent” chest X-Ray and this was completed in less than 7 days later (so a lot quicker I suspect than if my GP’s request had gone to Heartlands or Solihull Hospitals?

My appointment was for 10am and I was back to my car (parked in this Centres large “free” car park within 10 minutes of me arriving).

I was told that this Centre is for anyone NOT requiring the obviously much greater facilities at a Large hospital. Many Patients are referred here if they first have phoned 111.

we received a call from WShwood Health Wellbeing. However I was on another call. When I tried to call back the number just went dead. The office hours are 8 -9pm, this call was at 17.30 to 18.30. This is a poor service.

I have just attended this clinic.i was greeted at the reception by two lovely friendly members of staff.I was seen Earlier than my appointment time.i was treated so well. The staff were lovely.it is a lovely. Clean clinic.thank you to you all

Had an appointment ,first time of going to this place,
Male receptionist was smiling ,and chatting,very helpful on arrival,I needed an chest xray done, and with in less then 10 mins,I'm booked in and seen to,
I'm surprised as it's a sunday that they are open. Very happy with the entire visit from start to finish.
Theres a few places that should take note.you could not get through a check out faster then this department.

Took my 2 year old daughter here last year, specifically the urgent care dept after being sent there by 111. Asian lady doctor was incredibly condescending, absolutely no good with children and terrible people skills. Completely lacking any of the desirable qualities in a doctor, I left there angry more than anything else.

Very clean open building with helpful staff who was very nice and polite to my old confused mother who was panicking for being a bit late.
Easy free parking too.
