Booked an appointment, then heard at 11 am. When the appointment was meant to be sorry I'm not working today, I can call you tomorrow. I took the day to work from home so I could have the call then to find a cancelled last minute. I'm going back to work tomorrow and won't be able to get a room. have a talk, and I am not going to call in my break as I only time have to do it myself.

Took you over 4 months to contact me, then hear trying to contact me. You had the updated number from gp. As I changed it before my referral. Then finally out blue hear from you.

I just discharged myself, just been waiting and waiting, and then got messed about. Don't take a second for the office or someone text or call me. Let me know!

Absolutely terrible service, total disgrace. The Household Support Fund department never answer their phone. How are people supposed to get help and support if they can never get through to anyone come on do better. Stop hiding and do your job answer your phones and provide the much needed help to people in the community!
