Better Pathways has shown me that my goals to improve my mental health are achievable. My sessions with Stephen proved very useful and I found that I was comfortable enough to share my honest thoughts and feelings about my mental well-being. Throughout my years of conversing with therapists, I can confidently say that Better Pathways is one of the best support networks available.

When I had first started my sessions with better pathways, I was in a very low negative space. After being assigned to Monique my YPP Personal Mental Health Champion I began to explore ways to cope with my day to day life as well as find a work life balance for when I start employment. My mental health and coping strategies has vastly improved, I have addressed issues and have come a long way positively since starting thanks to Monique my mental health champion.

The support I received from my champion has really had a positive impact on my well-being and the way I am now feeling and have progressed with my self-confidence and esteem. The support has further enabled me to move forward with my aims and goals in life in particularly with my career which is all thanks to the work I did with my champion who encouraged me to believe in myself whilst providing me with tips and techniques on how to deal with any negative thoughts and feelings I had.

I was in a really bad place mentally and overall however Monique my personal champion really helped me change my life around. Monique has helped me on my self journey and how to overcome my struggles mentally and I am in such an amazing place overall. I think so much more positively and know how to handles situations if I am feeling stressed or anxious and I am very grateful for all her help. 10/10 service from better pathways.

I Joined Better pathway feeling lost within myself, I feel like I know where I'm going now. I gained alot of experience with this service...First off I thought this is not gonna work. I have gone to alot of places nothing really helped but I feel with Steve he really did help me understand me more, I really do suggest giving this place ago.
