Disclaimer: if you end up struggling for food &/or electric (or any other utility that any human may really struggle to live without) don't call anyone from the company regarding your concern especially if their shift is coming to an end (& especially if it's the weekend) because not only will you be disregarded as some random person crying over spilt milk but you will also be told that no one is going to help until their shift starts again in the new week on a fresh Monday morning only to find out that that (false promise) will require you to get in touch with them only to be responded to like your a nag & to be given another false promise. Also make sure you force yourself to feel safe even if there's a threat that has been going to your door because if you acknowledge that it is highly likely that you are unsafe & you take the liberty of calling the company for support, 9 times out of 10 of the time, you will be treated (again) like a nag without an actual supporting housing officer caring to communicate to check in with you the way they have verbalised they would (& should).

...You're supposed to have a supporting housing officer who checks in periodically with you to make sure you're ok at least let alone give you the common courtesy to let you know when they can't show up to an appointment that they have organised to have with you.

Summary- Advantages taken at the expense of vulnerable adults whilst giving less than human treatment &/or continually giving false promises.

In a nutshell- Diabolical.

Terrible company who take advantage of vulnerable adults not providing the service that the government are funding for. Never answer calls always being fobbed off.
