Im writing on behalf of a friend who had an appointment here and was referred by cgl he turned up a little before his appointment time and when he entered the building was absolutely shocked there were people asleep on the floor, on the seated area and in the time he stayed waiting he never saw any member of staff despite knocking on the counter numerous times. And not being personal as people have problems of their own the room had a very strong odour and was uncomfortable to be in.
Due to feeling very uncomfortable and not being able to get hold of any staff member he had to leave without even being seen for his appointment. He regularly attends cgl Hospital street and has never experienced anything like this before and was really taken aback.
